Multifuel capability

Oil Tank
Sunfab offers its own range of hydraulic oil tanks ST 250 with a number of functional improvements necessary for high performance hydraulic systems.
Sunfab ST 250 radically reduces the air mixture in the hydraulic oil with an oil pipe around the return filter and a tried and tested baffle plate design. Air mixture is the main reason behind noise and cavitation of the pump.
Sunfab ST 250 features an external breathing filter, which is fitted in a protected position to reduce the risk of clogging. The filter is connected to the tank via a hose.
Sunfab ST 250 is supplied complete with correctly dimensioned connections, filter and brackets.
The oil tank is available in two different materials:

The new tank systems, such as WERIT safety tanks Techno K and E, offer numerous advantages in terms of safety and space savings: they are light-weight, clean and anti-corrosive and can be set up as battery, multi-block and angle systems. Thanks to their compact dimensions they are easy to handle, even in tight areas. A second exterior tank made entirely of plastics allows direct installation in the central heating room and makes the use of an oil pan, additional mason work and triple protective coating absolutely redun-dant. Anyone who installs a WERIT tank will be pleased with the additional space they now have available for other uses.

In the oil reservoir all oil coming from oil separator is stored and cooled down. Any refrigerant trapped within the oil is boiled of.
The size of oil reservoirs required is determined by the number of compressors connected, compressor oil charge, system refrigeration charge and operating conditions.

VACUUBRAND's aluminum design diaphragm pump is a perfect match for many applications in the laboratory and operations because it is oil-free and whisper quiet, and because it requires so little service. Diaphragms have especially long lives, and hermetically seal the drive space from the pumping chamber to protect mechanical parts from corrosion. The pumps achieve their distinctively high performance from high pumping chamber volume relative to the minimal dead space. Highly flexible FPM double diaphragms with fabric reinforcement guarantee an extremely long diaphragm lifetime.
