Three-phase and neutral line filters are a compact solution for the interference suppression on the mains input of cabinets and control units of equipment, ranging from industrial applications like machine tools to sensitive medical installations. These typically involve separate and often
insufficiently filtered frequency inverters and SMPS, causing current imbalance and significant interference problems. As individual elements they may be interference-suppressed already. The conjunction of several switching components in the same cabinet and a non-EMC conscious cabling will rise the demand for an additional EMC filter on the mains input of the whole installation. Many times this is the only way to get the CE mark for the cabinet in accordance with the EMC directive. |

The conventional output-choke has a very good storage capacity. It functions like a typical series inductance and smoothes the symmetrical, effective current and the asymmetrical, parasitic current. The voltage rise is limited to less than 500 V/µs. The line to line voltage peaks at the motor terminals are lower than 1000 V. This solution attenuates the cable-conducted disturbance really well, even in the lower frequency range. The electromagnetic radiation from cables is attenuated considerably. Losses and typical motor noise, caused by harmonics, are reduced.

AN 240 / 480 / 720 series are excellent winding machines in versatility that can be widely used for variously-shaped bobbin winding types such as relays, solenoids, ignition coils, and others.
Regarding one of the challenges of winding system, "multi-objective production", Nittoku's tool transfer system solved the problem to vastly reduce down-time for specification changeovers. Nozzle Type Inslot/Outslot Motor Winding Machine

The KAI series coil winding machine has been developed for direct nozzle winding of inside slot stators for small motors.
With AC servo motors and Nittoku`s recently developed NSC60 machine controller, the KAI series can not only wind, but also perform terminal wrapping. A single machine can be set up for a variety of specifications. It features quick and easy specification change-over, a compact, simple mechanism, and 4-axis NC control.
Perfect layer winding is made possible by intermittent nozzle traverse. In addition, the nozzle stroke height can be changed with each layer, resulting in a tighter wind.
Nozzle tilt mechanism rotates the nozzle 90 degrees for termination. This plus the wire finishing unit allows the machine to handle multiple specifications.
The KAI series can be linked with our other machines via our free flow transfer system. Processes before or after winding, such as terminal insertion, soldering, testing and assembly, can be fully automated. |
