EP137
- Fiber reinforced thermosetting preimpregnated materials for aircraft parts(e.g.passenger floor).
- Woven fabric of E-glass filament yarn Style 0180, 48 g/m2, plain weave, preimpregnated with 40% epoxy resin EP137 (125°).
- Low-smoke, highly toughened and self-extinguishing epoxy resin system
- Very good FST behaviour
- Excellent adhesion to core materials
- Improved storage conditions at -5°C
EP137-03-40 consists of a E-glass fabric Style 0180, impregnated with the epoxy resin EP137. The highly-toughened resin matrix is a 125°C curing system with a high flameretardancy and low smoke behaviour at fire and provides excellent properties such as high interlaminar shear strength, adjustable tackiness and retarded flow during processing.
The prepreg is perfectly suitable to complement high performance light-weight composite structures meeting the highest requirements of structural interior applications as such as the passenger floor where it is used as a top layer to avoid electro-galvanic corrosion of carbon structure with aluminium and improve overall impact behaviour of the panels.
Both monolithic and sandwich structures can be easily manufactured with this prepreg. The curing can be performed by press, vacuum and autoclave moulding at a temperature range between 120°C and 155°C and a pressure of at least 0.07 MPa.
Such composite structures can be exposed easily to temperatures in the range of -55°C up to +90°C.

3-dimensional fibreglass reinforcements, Nida-Fusion STO complexes are composed of a sheet of closed-cells foam covered with a reinforcing fibre layer on each side. These three elements are linked together by fiberglass bridging strands, which go through them obliquely, forming triangulations Truss Network.
For a very competitive price, Nida-Fusion STO complexes allow you to build sandwich constructions offering :
Very good flexural strength,
Excellent fatigue and delaminating resistance,
Good high temperature and fire resistance,
Shaped structures with thickness variations,
Excellent thermal insulation
Nida-Fusion STO is patented and is offered in 2 variations :
Nida-Fusion STO complexes made of rigid foam and used for the production of planar structures without thickness variation,
Nida-Fusion STF complexes made of flexible foam and used for shaped structures with thickness variation..
Nida-Fusion STO complexes can be tailored exactly to your needs (Foam, choice and weight of reinforcements, orientation and spacing of the triangulations), and are made to order.

POLYTHERM® is the best system we offer. It is a fiberglass jacketed, polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above and belowground distribution of liquids from -320°F to 250°F.
POLYTHERM® is a fiberglass jacketed, spray applied polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above and below ground distribution of liquids from -320°F to 250°F. PERMA-PIPE's multi-directional filament winding process produces a high strength fiberglass reinforced polyester resin jacket over the insulation for maximum protection from the environment. This high-strength fiberglass jacket is applied to systems having an outside diameter as large as 48 inches. Electric heat tracing is an option with this system.
POLYTHERM®'s spray insulation process assures void-free insulation. By applying insulation before the jacket is applied, complete visual inspection of the insulation is performed. This process assures void-free insulation and therefore, maximum thermal efficiency to provide optimum performance of cryogenic and heat thermal distribution systems. The POLYTHERM® system is fully engineered to job specifications, thereby reducing field costs by providing custom made, factory-fabricated fittings which reduce the number of field connections as compared to the field kit method.
- Temp Range: -320ºF to 250ºF
- Max Pressure: Determined by the carrier pipe selected
- Pipe Sizes: Nom. Diameter 1/ 2" - 36" (standard), Nom. Length 20' and 40'

Our stacking door technology has been proven in practical use throughout the past 30 years.
While opening, the door panels stack into a pack just behind the lintel so effectively, that lighting devices, lifting platforms, crane runways and other fittings located on the ceiling are not affected.
All functional components (guide wheels, electrical feed lines, anti drop device, etc.) use minimal space and are well protected in the lateral tracks. Fibreglass is mainly used for the cladding of the doors. Our fibreglass is manufactures in an in-house developed process and provides a light transmission of up to 78 %. This provides light-flooded working areas which reduces energy consumption in the daytime and creates a pleasant working ambience.
The twin-walled fibreglass elements provide excellent thermal insulation - the all around sealing of the door prevents unnecessary energy losses and draughts in the building.

|
The SPACELITE HTU is an exceptional sectional door that combines the opening principle of a standard sectional door with the advantages of a Butzbach stacking door in terms of product features and material used.
The translucent fibreglass door panels are connected hinge-free. Components such as hinges, steel ropes and helix cables that are prone to failure and require frequent maintenance are not used in the door design.

OVERVIEW
X.FIBER® is a laminated material, designed and patented by Daniel GASTEL.
This composite material comes in the form of woven fiber sheets, which can be manufactured in several different ways:
- glass, carbon, aramide, ceramic fibers or
- any combination of two or more of these different fibers.
The sheets are held together by a heat-hardened resin, the resulting material delivers both very high technical performance and excellent peelability.
ADVANTAGES
Lightness
When the demand is for lighter materials, X.FIBER® proves itself by far the lightest of laminated materials (5 1/2 times lighter than steel!).
Strength
Being both lighter and stronger, it can be used to great advantage as a replacement for carbon and stainless steels..
Endurance
It is comparable with laminated metals, and can be used to replace INTERCOMPOSITE® in use at temperatures above 266°F (130°C).
Its mechanical properties remain unaffected by the rise in temperature.
Rapidity
The sheets can be peeled by hand, without the need for tools of any kind.
Ingenuity and Economy
Once they have been peeled, the sheets remain flat and free of deformation. They remain fully re-useable.
