A technologically complex production can easily be executed on dedicated stamping centers.
The core of this kind of equipment is represented by a mechanical press, normally in a version which is a specific one for the required production.
Any drive type is available in the versions: eccentric, knuckle joint, link-drive; one, two, four connecting rods or in more complex combinations with one or more rams. |

Transfer presses allow fully automatic continuous manufacture of parts without the need for labour. They achieve this by being fitted with electronic transfer which shifts the parts from one station to the next during successive part forming operations.
These installations may be fed with formats or directly from coiled stock via a feed line.
As with production presses, for optimum use they may be equipped with rapid change systems involving moving tables, automatic transfer bar clamping, automatic changing of bundles of sheet, etc.

PHC are open gap hydraulic presses, single or double action, for small and medium sized stamping and deep drawing jobs.
An amply dimensioned welded construction, very sturdy monoblock frame, and hydraulic driving by means of an axial piston pump with automatic output regulation guarantee reliability, productivity and precision.
Both tables have “T” slots for the easy and quick fixing of a very wide variety of tools.
For deep drawing jobs where the parts have to be removed, we recommend versions A with double action, i.e., with ejecting cushion. |
