The equipment are based on our approved mechanical subgroups and a modern control and drive technique. The control control systems are preferably equipped with integrated Siemens components. By request are other control units available, for example by Allen Bradley.
Our transfer systems are fee-programmable which means that the positions and the displacement courses of the gripper rails (closing, lifting and transport) can be determined by the program within the limits of the technical data. According to the application or the specification the individual servodrives are synchronised either to each other or to the press run.

The Leanmaster, the economic solution for filling tablet containers, was designed to permit the integration of various functions such as deburring and de-dusting, metal detection and in-process control. The tablets are discharged into their containers by vertically and horizontally pivoting conveyor belts. The fully automatic discharge can use up to 99 containers, which can, for instance, allow fast and easy removal on pallets. The Leanmaster is operated through the familiar user interface at the press terminal.

NC drive control allows accurate positioning or force-controlled joining and force-displacement evaluation in both the compression and the tension direction. The new generation of NC joining modules is outstanding for its extremely compact design with integral piezoelectric sensor.

The electro mechanical assembly units of the PREFERENCE SERIES are available in a large selection of force ranges and nominal strokes. Due to their modular construction, the units can be integrated in automated assembly lines as well as in manual work-places. A special synchronous belt connects the motor directly with ball/roller gear drive and guarantees a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm. The angled motor favours a low installation height. This is of high importance if the unit has to be installed under a conveyor belt or a transfer system.

The automatic strapping machine mod. 078 is ideal to vertically strap pallets or stacks of corrugated carboard that need to be kept compact and together during transport and storage.
It can either be combined with automatic lines in which it exchanges input and output signals or it can work separately.

The Power master 10481 is a high performance strapping press of the most recent generation, manufactured in our plant in Wuppertal. With an infinitely adjustable compression automatic height seeking of incoming loads for faster troughput and numerous variations of pallet and load handling equipment for feed, center and turn the Sander power master can be integrated very easy in automatic packing lines. As a special feature the electric motor driven compression platen includes a permanent accurate compression sensing which is a requirement in the corrugated and paper industry. This ensures an intermittent further compression cycle. Both PET or PP strapping material can be used with the machine. The Sander GS-41 strapping head guarantees a solid vibration seal joint without any emissions of vapors.

The PRO Module was developed for the monitoring of assembly and test applications. Its electronics are housed in a compact enclosure that is DIN rail mountabel for easy installation. The Ethernet port allows for easy communication back to the Promess application software running on a standard PC. Multiple PRO modules can also be network to a central data collection point. The PRO Module is powerful yet simple to use making it perfect for monitoring assembly applications such as press-fit, staking, crimping or riveting. Airflex FSPA packages feature drum type CB or VC air applied clutches fastened to standard bearing-mounted flywheels.
