CNC Synchro Press Brakes
The S is available in up to eleven axis configurations. It is a machine truly designed to decrease setup time. The powerful yet simple control will automatically calculate the bend sequence, bend angle, back gauge retraction, bend allowance, and features collision protection. The ram positioning system allows real time monitoring and complete control of all ram speeds, positions, and dwell times. Imagine when handling large sheets, the operator can actually program the pressing speed down to a point where whip up and part dishing are virtually eliminated. Once the bend target has been reached, a short and slow speed return point can be programmed; giving the operator a better way of handling it after the bend is made. Programmable ram tilts, which are useful in conical or fadeout work, are also a feature of this machine. The automatic calibration and + - 0,01 mm positioning accuracy make S a great partner for the production of precision components, both large and small.

Parallelism : bending accuracy is assured by two proportional valves controlled by CNC; they control the oil flow from the cylinders and from two optical linear transductors placed on the shoulders on the gap level. Such a system, which can control step by step the ram's position and parallelism errors due to the side depth throats, make it possible to obtain the maximum parallelism accuracy.

Our NC press-bra¬kes offer slide stopping precision of about 1/100th of a millimetre. To achieve such accuracy, we use high-definition sensors fit-ted on either side of the slide. Their reading head is mode integral with the lower table by means of a C.
A microprocessor analyses the data and contrats the servovalves on the basis of the computer output. The System makes I t possi¬ble to eliminate the main difficulties of ben-ding in the air by maintaining the parallel alignment of the slide and ensuring precise stopping whatever the resistance load.

Machines operating by hydraulic parallelism through equilibration valves of our project since 30 years with valuable results. Options of several devices, back gauge and numerical control, improve the features of this machine.
Structure : it is made under rolled, welded and strengthened steel for ensuring the maximum rigidity.
Cylinders : at double acting, are made under steel, lapped and ground, are hardened with induction.
Working speed : - High approach speed - Adjustable and positioning slowing down speed in a specific point of ram stroke - High upward speed
Working cycles : single and automatic.
Ram : it is driven directly by two cylinders placed on the housings. Ram stroke is adjustable at both bottom and top dead centre. Parallelism : parallelism precision is got through balancing valves and hydraulic stop.
This guarantees a very good bending precision, since the structure has no torsion stress because machine is not equipped with torsion bar.

Actuation
Safety Locks are held open by hydraulic (100 bar min) or pneumatic (3,5 bar min) mean and clamp when pressure drops.
Direction of load
In most applications Safey Locks are mounted on a baseplate, so that the load causes a compressive force to the mounting surface. But if the application requires an upward absorption of the load, a flange for attachment is required as well as a special design of the Safety Lock housing regarding the tensile load.

The KB series is a hydraulically operated heavy load brake. The hydraulic oil presses the large-surface contact sections, which are equipped with a special brake lining, directly onto the section rail guide via a piston mechanism.
Because of the material combination of the linear guide/contact section, the linear guide won't be damaged by the contact section.
The pressure ranges from 20 bar to a 100 bar maximum for sizes 25 and 30. All sizes from 35 to 125 operate in a pressure range from 30 bar to a 150 bar.
The KB series features zero backlash and extremely low absorption volumes of maximum 7.6 cm3 per clamping operation.

Hydraulic heavy load brake:
The Braking and Clamping Element with spring-loaded energy storage KBHS.
The KBHS series is a hydraulically operated heavy load brake featuring spring-loaded energy storage.
This function is based on the toggle lever principle. Pre-tensioned stress bolts provide holding force in case of pressure drop. Here the large-surface contact sections, which are equipped with a special brake lining, are pressed directly onto the free surfaces of the section rail.
At a hydraulic opening pressure of 150bar a holding power of up to 40,0000N is achieved.
The KBHS series features a compact design and is suitable from sizes 35 to 125.
The KBHS series is designed for braking and clamping on linear guides. Because of the material combination of the linear guide/contact section, the linear guide won't be damaged by the contact section
