Type RB profile bending machines are used when aluminium or steel profiles are to be bent to the highest levels of quality, precision and productivity. These machines have particularly high flexibility and performance.
The variable clearances on the side rollers mean that these machines can be adjusted to fit the profile perfectly in each case. This leads to a noticeable improvement in bending quality but also to significantly higher bending performance than is found with conventional bending machines.

EPICYCLIC GEARS
Seven models. Three types.
That you need reducing transmissions, articulated or with caterpillar, the epicyclic gears Funk will give you whole satisfaction in terms of longevity, performances and design. They are proposed with various ratios of reduction gearing and the simple and multiple combinations of differential gears of center section involving energy through the device of exit according to the application.
Differential gear reductions
The epicyclic gears Funk are generally used on the conveyers, cranes, caterpillars, general purpose excavators, road rollers, tracked vehicles, winches, like on all types of machines intended for agriculture, construction, industry, the navy, the mining extraction and oil industry.

WHEEL DRIVES
Compact planetary wheel drives, designed for a wide range of self propelled vehicles with hydraulic transmission and individually motorised wheel drives.
They allow design engineers to simplify the project of mobile equipment, improving the price / performance ratio. The wide range of ratios available makes it possible to adapt the reduction unit to the most suitable hydraulic transmission. A manual release is provided, to disconnect the reduction unit from the motor for emergency towing. The versatility of this range of Brevini products is assured by a wide choice of braking systems (drum brakes, negative acting multiple disc, failsafe parking brake).
TRACK DRIVES
Compact planetary track drive units designed for use on tracked vehicles. This range of gearboxes has high strength structure, short overall length, very high radial and axial load capability. All the gearboxes are provided with integral multidisc failsafe brake and allow the direct mounting of hydraulic motors at the gearbox input.Due to the high torque rating and the quality of the materials, these units are the best solution in heavy duty applications.

By using a flexible ring-gear the planetary gears achieve a backlash of < 1 minute of arc without requiring an additional backlash adjustment mechanism. Until now highly accurate gears and / or an additional adjustment mechanism were necessary to minimize backlash. Tight gear engagement for conventional planetary gears leads to torque ripple and a worsening of noise and wear characteristics. To avoid this problem the new HPG series features a flexible internally toothed ring-gear, thereby exploiting many years of Harmonic Drive experience with thin-walled components. The flexible ring-gear ensures that backlash is minimized and that all planet gears share the load equally.

Cyclo's unique epicycliodal design has advantages superior to speed reducers using common involute tooth gears. Cyclo components operate in compression, not in shear. Unlike gear teeth with limited contact points, a Cyclo has two thirds of its reduction components in contact at all times. The PPG precision planetary gear is characterized by three major design advantages:
PPG load compensation ensures minimized friction for smooth running and for outstandingly high synchronizing, and last but not least, a long service life.
The PPG compensating coupling has a unique, space-saving angle error compensation feature. The low mass moment of inertia ensures high motive response. The coupling operates without backlash, with high rigidity and has length compensation.
The friction optimized PPG seals ensure a lower starting inertie.
The thermal load limit is very high due to low friction losses.
