CNC Synchro Press Brakes
The S is available in up to eleven axis configurations. It is a machine truly designed to decrease setup time. The powerful yet simple control will automatically calculate the bend sequence, bend angle, back gauge retraction, bend allowance, and features collision protection. The ram positioning system allows real time monitoring and complete control of all ram speeds, positions, and dwell times. Imagine when handling large sheets, the operator can actually program the pressing speed down to a point where whip up and part dishing are virtually eliminated. Once the bend target has been reached, a short and slow speed return point can be programmed; giving the operator a better way of handling it after the bend is made. Programmable ram tilts, which are useful in conical or fadeout work, are also a feature of this machine. The automatic calibration and + - 0,01 mm positioning accuracy make S a great partner for the production of precision components, both large and small.

The Imac synchronized press brakes have an electro - welding steel structure normalized before assembling. The tensions of the structure
have been eliminated after the welding and this operation reduce the flexions and the deformations of the table and of the same structure.
They are equipped with hydraulic units and proportional valves “Hoerbiger”, linear encoder “Heidenhain” mounted on a “C” structure and
installed separately from the main body in order to get a high precision positioning.
Other characteristics are:
Crowning controlled by Hydraulic system through a cnc, in order to compensate whichever deformation during the bending activities.
Axis Y1, Y2, X and R controlled from cnc Delem 65 W, LCD with graphical colour screen and display.
Back Gauge motorized by two servant motor with two bearing guides and mounted on linear guides.

Type RB profile bending machines are used when aluminium or steel profiles are to be bent to the highest levels of quality, precision and productivity. These machines have particularly high flexibility and performance.
The variable clearances on the side rollers mean that these machines can be adjusted to fit the profile perfectly in each case. This leads to a noticeable improvement in bending quality but also to significantly higher bending performance than is found with conventional bending machines.

synchronized machines includes numerical control.Dynamic menu page by page and auto-learning menu make easy its use. For the machines with more than 4 axes and with graphic version we set up the programmer Cybelec, bi or tridimensional, monochromatic or with colours.
Parallelism : bending accuracy is assured by two proportional valves controlled by CNC; they control the oil flow from the cylinders and from two optical linear transductors placed on the shoulders on the gap level. Such a system, which can control step by step the ram's position and parallelism errors due to the side depth throats, make it possible to obtain the maximum parallelism accuracy.

Owing to the acquisition around mid July 2007 of the company Namco SA in Caslano (Switzerland), Mikron Machining Technology widens its transfer systems portfolio.
Namco products are divided in two types of systems:
NAD extremely flexible and NAM extremely productive (up to 120 parts/min).
The main features of Namco products are:
• Preprocessing directly on the wire or on the bar before cutting, including
turning
• Complete processing of the work piece, such as drilling, threading,
milling, turning or broaching
• The extraordinary performance accuracy, typical of Mikron products
• The full CNC technology with the MTX control of Bosch Rexroth
• The high flexibility owing to the rapid clamping replacement, and the
possibility to produce various parts from one single wire and to unload
the finished parts in an automatic sorting basket
• The high productivity with a maximum of 18 CNC machining units working
at the same time and the double-wire feeding
• The use of an electronical probe for extremely accurate pieces allows to
measure the position of the premachined part and the following
automatic correction of the working unit.
