Beswick Engineerings "PCFCD" Pressure Compensated Flow Control Valve was selected as the Best Product Winner, in the Motion Control category, of Design News magazines 2008 Golden Mousetrap Awards. This accolade was just announced to the public in the September 22nd, 2008 issue of Design News.
The PCFCD-1N1 is designed to maintain a constant flow rate, which the customer can adjust, regardless of upstream or downstream pressure variations. It works with both liquids (incompressible fluids) and gasses (compressible fluids) but is primarily intended for the control of liquids. The pressure regulation is accomplished with a low friction diaphragm mechanism. Beswick has applied for patent protection on this unique valve.
The PCFCD-1N1 sets an industry standard for miniaturization. It is lightweight.tipping the scales at only 48 grams. Customers will find it particularly useful when space, weight, and precise liquid flow control are critical.
The PCFCD-1N1 controls flow rates of 0 to 4.2 gallons per hour of Water (0 to 20 cubic feet/hour of Air). It is especially suited for the control of low flow rates. The maximum rated inlet supply pressure is 500 psig. Both the inlet and outlet ports are tapped 10-32. The valve body is both small and lightweight allowing for convenient in-line mounting without the need for a panel mount thread. The PCFCD-1N1 is currently available in brass. Buna-N is the standard seal material. Fluorocarbon (Viton) is optional.

The Type-800 is a compact air regulator that supplies precise air pressure control for applications where space is limited. PRD - Single-Stage Diaphragm Pressure Regulator
Description: The PRD-ANB-C-DEF regulator sets an industry standard for miniaturization as well as lightweight. It is an excellent choice for gas and pneumatic pressure regulation applications and is particularly useful when space and weight are critical. The PRD-ANB-C-DEF weighs approx. 25 grams in brass & stainless steel and about 15 grams in aluminum. The PRD-ANB-C-DEF non-relieving regulator controls output pressures from 0 to 30 psig and is especially suited to low pressure regulation such as psig. Maximum inlet supply pressure is 500 psig. Both the inlet and outlet ports are tapped 10-32 UNF. Its lightweight design allows convenient in-line mounting however a 10-32 threaded panel mount option is also offered. Applications include hydrogen fuel cells, medical equipment, instruments, laboratory equipment, ink jet print engines, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Description: The new PRD2 ANB-C-DEF two-stage nonrelieving diaphragm regulator sets an industry standard for both miniaturization and light weight. It weighs approx. 50 grams in brass and stainless steel, and about 23 grams in aluminum. It accurately reduces high-pressure inputs (up to 500 psi) down to 0 to 20 psi (and is especially suited to low pressure regulation such as psi.) with minimal droop or rise even with wide swings in inlet pressure. The Beswick two-stage diaphragm regulator is an excellent choice if the inlet pressure will decay over time such as with hydrogen storage tanks commonly used in hydrogen fuel cell applications. Both the inlet and outlet ports are tapped M3. Its lightweight design allows convenient in-line mounting however a 10-32 threaded panel mount option is also offered.

Performance:
This proprietary design is so effective at keeping the pressure constant it is hard to believe without seeing it for yourself. It can hold the set pressure to within 1psi over it entire working range.

The Type 655 and 655R direct-acting diaphragm actuators, in combination with Fisher valve bodies, provide control for a wide variety of pressure regulation applications. The Type 655 is used for pressure reduction service on push-down-to-close bodies, and the Type 655R is primarily for pressure relief use on push-down-to-open bodies. This actuator can be used with Fisher E-body control valves.

Sigmamotor back pressure valves prevent siphoning and varying rates of dosage from fluctuating downstream pressure by enacting positive discharge pressure in your metering pump system.
Inside the valve is a diaphragm held in place by a spring which is pressure set. When the pressure is exceeded the PTFE diaphragm is pushed up and material flows through the valve to the injection point. The valves are set at 50psi but are easily adjusted in the field.
