General description :
System of pressure regulators M 30 RC have been designed for direct dosage of gaseous chlorine under pressure, e. g. for open swimmingpools and tanks at locations where it is not possible to provide an auxiliary power supply. The capacities of the device vary from 0 - 2000 g/h, functioning on the principle of pressure in the chlorine cylinder with manual dosage adjustment.

The pressure reducer is used for single-stage pressure reduction of compressed air and other neutral gases.

The In-Line pre-set regulator must be mounted directly on the pneumatic tool or system in order to ensure correct pressure, so that possible pressure drops in hoses, tubes etc., do not influence the pressure on the tool or system it self.
The pre-set regulator supplies a constant, exact outlet pressure regardless of the inlet pressure. The pressure is factory-set and cannot be changed. This ensures that nobody can alter the specified pressure.

Almost every pneumatic tool would have the max. torque at around 6 bar. Higher pressures (which is often the fact as many users just plug in the tool and use the prevailing working pressure f. inst. 8 or more bar) is just waist of energy and money. It would not give more torch - on the contrary - it is just changing into heat. And many available pneumatic tools on the market can only withstand a max. pressure of 8 bar.
If the user dismount the hose from the tool or outlet directly a residual pressure would still prevail on the secondary side of the regulator. This residual pressure could make the pneumatic tool to work for a short period of time. An unintentional activation of the tool could have desastrous consequences - no matter the type of pneumatic tool. The worst incident that can happen is on a pneumatic tacker, nailgun or the like. An unintentional activation on the trigger f. example can result in 5 - 10 shots. No reason to say that bad enjuries would be the result.

There is no other self-contained pressure regulator in the entire world, which can match the regulation accuracy and the repeatability of the Bellofram Type 10 pressure regulator. It is for use where the utmost precision is required. The regulator is actually a pressure controller using a servo-balanced system in which the main valve is operated by a pilot valve and is dependant on a stainless steel measuring capsule for its incredible accuracy. Originally developed for sensitive aircraft altimeters, this precision sensing element provides the energy to activate the servo-control mechanism. It provides greater regulation accuracy and eliminates the problems usually encountered with range springs and conventional diaphragms. The entire measuring element, including the pilot valve, is fabricated from stainless steel which has been carefully heat treated to eliminate hysteresis or permanent deformation under all working conditions.

The Bestobell cryoreg provides all of the pressure regulation functions of any cryogenic storage tank. It combines a pressure build up regulator, economiser valve and a thermal relief valve on two of the three ports
The Cryoreg is designed to provide all pressure regulation functions within one valve. Standard body material is bronze, yet also available in stainless steel. For use on all cryogenic pressure vessels including static tanks and transportable tanks, the Cryoreg valve combines all the following functions in one unit:
1. Pressure build up regulator
2. Economiser valve
3. Thermal relief* on two of the ports
* The Cryoreg provides thermal relief into the economiser outlet port for either of the other two ports (pressure build-up inlet and economiser inlet port). If a stop valve (as opposed to the Bestobell check valve) is fitted to the economiser outlet port, a thermal relief valve should also be fitted.
