Swivemas pressure gauge
Incorporates the unique integral 'SWIVEMAS' - joint between valve and instrument which gives the ability to obtain a pressure tight metal-to-metal seal without the use of tape and allows the gauge to be locked in any 360 Degree orientation.
SWIVEMAS Mark-2 versionJjas fixed collar and secondary O ring seal. Available with SWIVEMAS' - gauge to eliminate leak paths by reducing the number of gauge-to-valve joints from the usual three to only one thereby helping to meet environmental concerns by preventing fugitive emissions.
Has trace codes on body with material certificates available for all wetted parts on request.
Valve/Gauge combination unit gives weight and space savings.
Can be supplied to NACE MR-01-75 latest edition.
Pressure joint can be made, broken then remade and still retain full pressure seal integrity.
Bleed hole facility gives warning of incorrect mating of cone faces whilst mechanical integrity is still maintained.

Differential Stainless Steel pressure gauge
Differential pressures are commonly used in industrial process systems. Differential pressure gauges have two inlet ports, each connected to one of the volumes whose pressure is to be monitored. In effect, such a gauge performs the mathematical operation of subtraction through mechanical means, obviating the need for an operator or control system to watch two separate gauges and determine the difference in readings.

Miniature Differential Pressure Gauges
These miniature differential pressure gauges measure the pressure difference between two points. Acting in the place of two pressure gauges, these units allow for one simple reading on an easy-to-read scale. Popular in filtration, flow and level applications, they are a low cost alternative to bourdon tube and bellows designs. Both piston and diaphragm sensor models are available as in our standard size instruments. Their small size and low cost make them ideal for OEM use.
We offer them with bodies (and wetted parts) of aluminum. The indicator models come standard with a 1" molded plastic lens while a 2" dial is available as an option. A variety of porting options allow for any mounting configuration.
A red/green dial with a breakpoint located at 70% of full scale alerts the user of the condition of the process. This matches the setpoint of the reed switch if ordered together.
Note: Our piston sensor models are best for liquid applications as they have a slight amount of fluid migration from the high to low pressure ports. Select our diaphragm models for air or gas applications or where fluid migration cannot be tolerated.

This digital manometer is the ideal solution for local digital display independent of the mains. The integrated battery allows measurements to be made independent of a fixed source of power.Accuracy, reliability and mechanical resilience make the digital manometer suitable pressure measurement tasks in numerous applications.
The stepped measuring ranges extend from 2 bar up to the high pressure range of 700 bar. For pressure ranges above 50 bar, the casing and parts that come into contact with the measuring medium are made of stainless steel and thus resistant to attack from chemically aggressive media.
The additional integrated bar graph display with a trailing pointer function shows the trend in current working pressure directly. The model P3962 comprises a further 4 ½-digit display for a direct readout of peak value, tare and other parameters. Internal lighting ensures the display is optimally lit for a clear readout even in unfavourable lighting conditions. The buttons on the front are used for adjustment of the programmable parameters.
The digital manometer meets electromagnetic compatibility requirements (EMC) to EN 61326.

This is a highly accurate microprocessor-controlled pressure measuring instrument. SensoBrainTM, a KELLER-designed low power signal processor, transmits the signals of the pressure- and temperature sensor to the microprocessor, which digitally compensates the sensor data. This mathematical modelling of the pressure sensor virtually eliminates all errors over a wide temperature range. All KELLER- and KAVLICO-sensors are compatible with the electronics of the Intelligent Manometers.
Mano Gauge and Mano Record also available in EEx ia-version.
