Hazardous Location Differential Pressure Gauges
Hazardous location differential pressure gauges measure the pressure difference between two points. Acting in the place of two pressure gauges, these units allow for one simple reading on an easy-to-read scale. Popular in filtration, flow and level applications, they are a low cost alternative to bourdon tube and bellows designs.
These hazardous location differential pressure instruments are used in environments containing hazardous vapors, gases or particulates. The switches and electrical connections are housed in special UL, CSA, FM and ATEX approved enclosures. The cast aluminum housings have two mounting lugs, a 3/4" NPT electrical conduit port, and meet the following specifications: Class 1, Gr. B, C, & D; Class II, Gr., E, F, & G; and Class III. They also meet NEMA 3, 4X, 7, 9, & 12 specifications.

Micro-pressure gauges are used to measure inert gases in the gauge, vacuum and differential pressure domain. These instruments have high measuring sensitivity and resolution (scale length up to 4000 mm). With the aid of the mirror ring and knife-edge pointer, measured values can be read accurately and free from parallax error. The micro-pressure gauges can be built into control panels.

Inclined Tube Manometer
Inclined tube manometers are reliable traditional pressure meters for measuring small over pressure, underpressure or differential pressure. For example, the model MM200600 is ideal for monitoring air filters for contamination.
|
|
|
|
|
|
With the KIMO liquid column manometers it is possible to carry out precise measurements of slight variations in pressure, depression, differential pressure of air or gas.
They are mainly used in the treatment of air, heating, ventilation, air conditionning and dust removal to monitor pressure of filters, clean rooms, chimney flues and ventilation networks.
The Kimo liquid column manometers are produced by machining 15 or 20mm thick PMMA better known by the trademark Altuglas®
Adjustement : the zero point can be set by adjusting the scale after setting the horizontal position of the manometer, using the integral spirit level.
Accuracy : the accuracy is +/-2% of the full scale for the inclined models and +/-1% for the vertical models at a temperature of 20°C with a minimum tolerance of +/-1 scale graduation. Maximum static pressure 6 bars. Operational range from -30°C to +60°C depending on the liquid used.
Standard equipment : standard manometers are fitted with two n°487 connections and are supplied complete with PVC wall bracket, manometric fluid, screws and raw plugs.

The new ergonomically formed professional pressure measurement instruments series S2600 from AFRISO were developed for the accurate measurement of vacuum, pressure, differential and relative pressure of gaseous, non-aggressive media.
The small but robust instruments are well protected against dirt, blows and shocks by an additional outer soft plastic protective housing with a magnet integrated in the back, which offers the user hands-free operation. On the large LC-display two measurement values are displayed simultaneously; LCD transflective technology and on/off switch for back lighting ensures easy-to-read operation in low light environments as well as in direct sunlight. Measured values can be displayed in units of mbar, Pa, hPa, kPa, mmHg, inHg or psi by depressing the key "UNIT". The "HOLD" function enables actual values to be held on display, via "ZERO" it is possible to adjust the zero point any time and as often as necessary. In the operation mode "AUTO" the best possible display of the measured value is pre-adjusted automatically and with an increasing measurement value, the resolution is adjusted accordingly.
The instruments are suitable for medium temperatures from 0 °C to +40 °C and available in three (Differential) pressure ranges as Type S2601 (range 150 mbar, resolution 0.01 mbar), Type S2610 (1.000 mbar, 0.1mbar) with 8 mm standard connections and as Type S2650 (5.000 mbar, 1mbar) with a 3 mm Festo connection. Supply is via two standard 1,5 V Mignon batteries.
The instrument Series S2600 is certified according to EN 50379-2 and therefore particularly suitable for all official measurements. There are a multitude of applications for these attractively styled and handy instruments in industry, laboratories and in the HVAC sector. The measuring instruments are for instance used for the testing of filters and gas pipes, for checking ventilation systems and liquid tanks or for chimney draught and vacuum measurements.
