General description:
Handy instrument for measuring differential pressures in gaseous media
The ManoAir100 displays with a high precision. Its robustness is appropriate for a mobile or a laboratory use. With the digital hand-held micromanometer ManoAir100, relative and differential pressure values of instrument air and inert gases up to 20 kPa can be measured accurately, simply and quickly.

Badotherm seals are available in stainless steel AISI316 as standard. They can also be manufactured in all known exotic materials. Naturally, our seals can be supplied with 3.1.B and other material identification certificates. The smallest diaphragm diameter offered is 23 mm / 1” and the biggest diaphragm is 89 mm / 3½”. At these dimensions the lowest possible measurement for a chemical seal mounted to a gauge pressure transmitter is 10 mbar and we can even reach as low as 2 mbar for a DP measurement. We offer a temperature range from –140 °C to a maximum temperature of 400 °C. With a wide choice of system fill fluids and diaphragm materials, the Badotherm chemical seal range is the most flexible and extensive available in the industry.
Badotherm seals can be added to virtually any pressure measuring device. Pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors and switches are all compatible. The purpose of a chemical seal is to protect instrumentation from extreme temperatures, and from aggressive, highly viscous, corrosive, heterogeneous abrasive, and toxic media’s. Chemical seals enable not only, hygienic connection of measuring instruments in the process industry, but can also be used for simple wastewater applications or more highly sophisticated process- and petrochemical applications

The J5 provides measurement of melt pressure and other process variables. The J5 features a large 5 digit display that can operate in either green or red or change color in case of alarm. The J5 is configurable from the front, or from a PC with a software tool. The main input is for Strain Gauge or linear DC voltage/current with square root extraction or with a 16 segment linearizer. The second input with DC voltage or current is suited to temperature indication and signal conditioning (min, max, average, ratio, etc.) when combined with the main input. The J5 has 3 digital inputs independently configurable for alarms, display and calibration handling. Up to four alarms with ISA-A acknowledge are available as well as a retransmission output and Modbus RS485 comms. The J5 has three levels of password protection and the front panel is IP65. The strain gauge bridge of the melt pressure or load cell transducer can be powered by an internally regulated 5 or 10Vdc. The reliability of the strain gauge is monitored continuously. A front panel calibration routine is provided to automatically remove zero and span offsets. The automatic calibration can also be activated by using front keys, one of the three digital inputs, or over serial comms. Tare function for load cells is provided.

The JOFRA range of IPI Industrial Pressure Indicators is ATEX and CSA certified for use in potentially explosive environments in the field or in calibration laboratories. ATEX is the primary intrinsically safe standard in the European Union, while CSA refers to relevant Canadian and USA standards.
Accurate to ± 0.05% FS, the IPI can be used as a calibration reference or in applications where high accuracy pressure measurement is required from safety valve checks to system pressure verification. This Ex certification will allow the IPI to be used in any industry where there is a risk of flammable gases. These include oil refineries, off-shore platforms, chemical plants, gas production plants, oil and gas shipping, pharmaceuticals and in whisky distilleries.

The Vista-Gage is a unique piston-type pressure indicator, specifically designed to withstand machine vibration, shock, pulsation, pressure surges and other rigorous conditions that create problems for conventional pressure gauges, with fragile bourdon tube mechanisms. Available in Vista-Gage for High-pressure, Lo-pressure and Vacuum indicators, Vista-Cator for GO/NO-GO indicators, and Vista-Monitor for Accumulators.

Digital Pressure Controller/Calibrator - Model 7250
The Model 7250 Digital Pressure calibrator is available in a variety of pressure ranges from 0-5 psi to 0-3000 psi, and is an economical alternative to the Model 7250xi and 7250i. The Model 7250 provides 0.003% of full scale precision and can control to the set point in 15 seconds with no overshoot. Diaphragm Seals with Thread or with Flange Connection, Models MDM 7210, 7211 and 7280
Chemical seals models MDM 7210 and 7211 consist of three separate parts: the upper housing with welded diaphragm, the lower housing and the attachment flange.
Different materials can be combined, and different connection types and sizes. This way, our chemical seals series MDM 72.. are available in suitable variations for innumerable applications and media.
The construction and function of these models are similar, but the allowed minimum and especially the maximum pressures differ.
MDM 7280 is constructed for higher pressure (400 or 600 bar). It has no separate attachement flange as the other models, but the upper and the lower housing are tied directly together by 6 bolts M 20.
