At any point with limited space, where the process pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, a signal is wanted to be transmitted to a central controller or remote control room, the model PGT23.063 INTELLiGauge can be used.
Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The model PGT23.063 INTELLiGauge fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the operating pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for the mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved.
The model PGT23.063 is built upon a high-quality, stainless steel pressure gauge in safety pattern version model 23x.30 with nominal size of 63. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1.
The durable, fully-welded Bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft - it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the pressure-proportional, 4 ... 20 mA electrical output signal is produced.
The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the highquality mechanical pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display.
The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the
scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 ... 20 mA.

FL 600 3D
The FL 600 3D system was designed for machining tubes and structural profiles with a maximum external diameter of 610 mm and a maximum length of 24000 mm.
The FL600 3D was conceived to work on tubes with round, square and rectangular sections, which are loaded automatically with a tube loading system from a bundle, while the open section profiles are loaded with a chain loading system. Work range is 90 to 610 mm diameter, for tube lengths to 14000 mm and more. The "heart" of the plant is a tri-dimensional system called "Sphera" which allows any point in a spherical space to be worked: the movement is along 5 interpolated axes, with recirculating ball screws and linear motors. The movements of the workpiece along the work axis are guaranteed by four self-centring mandrels that enable different diameters and sections to be machined, with no change tool change being required.
Variations in workpiece straightness during work are compensated by an integrated floating system, which ensures machining precision even on particularly irregular tubes, preventing dangerous mechanical stresses on the mandrels.

FL 250 3D
Tube Tech Machinery has complemented its range of laser systems with the launch of the new FL 250 3D which allows the tri-dimensional machining of tubes and profiles, with a diameter range of 20 to 254 mm.
The workpiece is placed between the four sliding self-centring jaws of the mobile mandrel. Owing to their design, the jaws do not require claw replacement. The fixed mandrel itself, which consists of a solid structure where four self-centring idling rollers are accommodated, does not require tool-changing. The FL 250 3D loading cell comprises a pick-up system which collects the workpiece from the bundle, while open section profiles are loaded with a chain loading system: three independent manipulators allow the mandrels to be loaded with the tubes from the bundle and the profiles from the chain system.
The "smart" unloading enhances the productivity of our system while substantially reducing downtime caused by the stowing of workpieces. Long workpieces are handled by controlled axes for containing and supporting any tube or profile during machining.

TL 312 3D SPEED
The TL 312 3D Speed plant was designed to obtain the best performances in the laser cutting of large-sized sheets with dimensions of 12000 x 3200 mm and more.
The TL 312 Speed 3D is equipped with an automatic pallet change system and with a dual portal where the tri-dimensional cutting head and the laser source are positioned. The first portal, which is very lightweight, carries the cutting head and can therefore move rapidly, performing all the required machinings with high acceleration. The second portal follows the first one like a rubber band, as it is connected to it by pressurised rubber bellows; it carries the laser source enabling all the work area to be reached and its machining tasks to be performed with consistency, precision and rapidity.
The effectiveness of Tube Tech Machinery's solution is proved by the translation speed of 100 m/min that can be reached on axis X, over three times greater than that of traditional laser systems for large-sized sheets, which carry head and source on a single carriage. The use of linear motors ensures excellent dynamic behaviour and high performance.
The system is fully automated and governed by a CNC facility for full independent operation, while the user-friendly CAD-CAM software complements this extraordinary equipment, which is truly unique in the global scene.

Sub-Zero Temperatures From Compressed Air
Using only factory compressed air, ITW Vortec's Vortex Tubes generate temperatures down to -40¢XC for spot cooling in a wide variety of industrial applications and processes. A Vortex Tube separates compressed air into hot and cold air streams, lowering the supplied air temperature by as much as 40¢XC and delivering refrigeration up to 6000 BTUH. With no moving parts to break or wear out, Vortex Tubes offer reliable, maintenance-free operation and easy installation. Various models are available for specific cooling requirements and, at only 150 mm to 330 mm long, they serve as a very compact, cooling component on machinery and equipment.

Meech Stainless Steel Vortex Tubes convert compressed air into two airflows, one extremely cold and the other extremely hot. Compressed air enters the spin chamber tangentially. This causes the column of air inside the tube to rotate at very high speed (up to 1 million rpm). The air at the outside of the column, moving very fast has a lot of energy and is hot. The air at the centre of the air at the centre of the column, moving relatively sowly has little energy and is cold. The hot outer air is bled of off at one end of the tube and and the cold inner air at the other. Vortex Tubes have no moving parts and can produce temperatures as low as 50°C below the inlet air temperature and as high as 110°C.

Vortex Tubes With Metal Generators, Stainless Steel Body:
Vortex Tubes are devices that work on a standard compressed air supply. Air enters the vortex tube and literally splits the air flow into two parts - cold air at one end, and hot air at the other - all without any moving parts.
Vortex Tubes have an adjustable valve at the "hot" end controls the volume of the air flow, and the temperature exiting at the cold end. By adjusting the valve, you control the "cold fraction" which is the percentage of total input compressed air the exits the cold end of the vortex tube.
Inside is the interchangeable brass "generator" which can alter the air used in the vortex tube, and control the temperature ranges you wish to have at the cold and hot ends. There are several ranges of generators for compressed air capacity. There are also two basic types of generators - one to produce the extreme cold temperatures (maximum cold temperature out called the C generator) and one type to produce the maximum amount of cooling (maximum refrigeration called the H generator).
WHY USE Frigid-X Vortex Tubes over others?
