The Ashcroft® Digigauge® Family brings industry leading features to the marketplace.
The award-winning Ashcroft® digital test gauge features unmatched accuracy specifications of .05% Terminal Point, Total Error Band full-scale including span, linearity, hysteresis and temperature from 0 degrees to 1500 degrees F.
The new Ashcroft Type 2089 digital gauge comes in the industry’s smallest case size of (3") yet has the largest display – larger than even competitors' 4" gauges. The display offers backlighting with adjustable contrast levels. This gauge features 12 selectable engineering units, seven languages, and it can be calibrated in the field. Calibration and dampen modes are password protected. Three AAA Alkaline batteries provide over 1000 hours of battery life. The gauge is CE approved and FM approved for intrinsically safe operations, Class1, Division 1.
The Ashcroft® Type 2274 industrial digital gauge has the breakthrough features of 4-20 mA output, switching capability, and an extra large digital display. It is available in three case types.

The Series A6 is a microprocessor based controller for positive, negative, and differential pressure as well as velocity and flow. The Series A6 has a 316L Stainless Steel cover to meet clean room and other high purity and wash down requirements. It features (2) 8A SPDT relays for control and an optional digitally scaleable 4-20 mA output. The associated software package allows full configuration of variables such as setpoints, dead band, engineering units, flow coefficients, and more. The programming is done from a user friendly menu on the OLED display or uploaded using an Opti Link™ programming key. The OLED also displays the exact setpoints or other user defined variables during normal operation. Furthermore, the menu structure can be customized by moving variables to different menu levels to accommodate many applications.

LSP 1 - air-flushing system for dust laden gases
Used together with dp primaray elements such as orifice, venturi or pitot tubes, LSP1 permits the measurement of extremely dusty gases.
Connected to a dp-Primary element and the dp-transmitter, the LSP1 cleans the dp-channels of the promary element efficiently from dust, dirt and condensation.
The LSP1 has been developed and tested in close co-operation with leading power plant operators and is also used successfully for security installations and cut-off installations.
Applications
Primary, secondary and recycled air-volume-measurement, measurement of waste-gas volume in the chemical industry, power plants and incineration plants.

The Ashcroft® ATE-100 is a calibration system with a vast array of capabilities. These capabilities extend far beyond those of precision pressure measurement. The base unit contains a wide variety of application-specific firmware as well as the ability to measure both current and voltage inputs. Corken SC-Series pumps are a rotary side channel design. They produce a maximum differential head of 1,150 ft (350 m). The side channel pump is offered in six different sizes, each ranging from one to eight stages. This provides for a wide range of pressures and capacities ranging from 1gpm to 185 gpm (3.8–700 L/min). These pumps can handle discharge pressures up to 580 psig (40 bar).

Various type of pressure control valves are available, from relief valves to pressure switches, to control the pressure at suitable level in the hydraulic system.
Low Noise Type Pilot Operated Reliel Valves
Pilot operated relief valves here have been particularly developed as low noise type. To protect the pumps and control valves from an excessive pressure, the valves are used to control the pressure in the hydraulic system to constant level. The remote control and unloading can be done by using the vent circuit.
