The leak detector ET97W represents the best solution on the market in terms of precision, flexibility and execution speed of seal tests with measure in flow rate.
This instrument allows to measure in a direct way the air flow generated by the leak-off rate.
ET97W is composed of a pneumatic circuit optimized in order to reduce the filling times, of a mass flow sensor, of a pressure
sensor and of an electronic pressure regulator, that guarantees stable and safe test pressures without the operator assistance.
The instrument detects the leaks through continuous seal measure of the pressurized piece, this method allows to reduce
drastically the time of the test phase.
ET97W is specially used in seal tests where the volume of the piece is unknown and variable (oil motors, elastics bags or
bottles), when the leak entity is so elevated that a Äp system does not succeed to maintain constant the test pressure (cartridge valves, oil distributors, between filaments) and finally when is requested a continuous leak measurement in order to allow the operator to look for and repair the same one.

The historic problem of flow test systems, especially for high flows, deals with keeping the
reference pressure regulated according to the wanted one while the flow changes.
The flow measurement depends directly (but not linearly) on the pressure and because of charge loss, we have to consider as pressure value the pressure at the entrance of the piece and not the one generated inside the piece.
In the past almost all leak and flow test producers tried to solve this by separating the connecting tubes to the piece between flow and pressure measurement in order to obtain at least a real pressure datum (even if not regulated) and by correcting through the software the eventual charge loss of connection tubes through correlation calculations.
The limits of this method are (especially with high charge loss -> 5 Lt/min) in the non linearity of flow/pressure.
Moreover in deforming pieces, where the pressure value modifies the matched flow value (packaging, filters, valves … and every piece which is not really rigid) this correlation changes drastically the wanted measurement value.
Through new proportional techniques about electronics and algorithm able to take a picture of the flow value (only at wanted values of pressure), the RFO techniques is a warranty of doing tests at the flow and pressure values you set.

The LCT-01 is the world's most popular portable Load Cell Tester.
It is a stand-alone portable hand-held device that was especially designed to help technical people immediately analyze the condition of strain-gage based load-cells.
The LCT fits all common types of load-cells available in the market today: four wires, 6 wires (with sense) and all rated gain outputs.
It provides the user with the essential data needed about the conditions of the tested load-cell, such as physical distortion (possibly caused by overload, shock load or metal fatigue), and electrical conditions (bridge resistance, shielding and resistance to ground).
The LCT allows the user to test the load-cell whether it is installed or removed. The unit is fully computerized and battery operated. A 16 x 2 alphanumeric LCD display guides the operator through all test stages and clearly displays the results.

Load Pin Transducers (also known as Shear Pin Sensors) measure loads using a strain gage element sensitive to shear loads. Using a laboratory calibration traceable to NIST, shear strain is related to load. Typical sizes range from 5/8 inch to 3.5 inch diameter. Two-component output is available for applications where loads are in the X & Y planes.

It is often the case that torque in a rotating shaft can be measured with a stationary, reaction torque sensor at some point in the powertrain. This is due to the existence of an equal and opposite force (torque) necessary to hold the drive and driven equipment in place.

Bonded foil strain gages are the time-honored standard for measuring torque and force on mechanical components. Based on many years of experience with this proven technology, Teledyne Instruments offers a variety of torque sensors and load cells for factory, laboratory, and field testing.

Rigid Pendulum Type Physical Properties Testing Instrument, RPT-3000W
This instrument allows measurement of visco-elastic physical properties under a curing process and the surface layer physical properties of the material being measured and other materials such as inorganic materials like concrete, cosmetics, paper and foods. This means that the test method does not depend on the substrate. Therefore, this instrument has applications for the development/improvement, quality evaluation, designing, trouble-shooting, and the production line and life evaluation of materials.
All materials transform from a liquid state to a solid state through certain actions (heat, light, time and others) and produce various physical properties. The change in phase from a liquid to a solid causes various problems. The most important item to evaluate from among the various material evaluations is the change in age of the chemical-physical performances in the process of curing and drying from a liquid state to a solid state.
Measurement
Fix the test piece coating plate on the cooling/heating block. Set the pendulum so that the knife-edge, the fulcrum of the swing, comes vertically into contact on the test piece coated surface. Apply free vibration to the pendulum. For measurement of physical properties, use a cylindrical edge. By analyzing this vibration, the curing process and surface's physical properties can be evaluated.
Features
-Coating Thickness Resolution: 0.01 ìm - 7mm
-Period of Vibration:0.05 to 2.000sec
-Logarithmic Damping Ratio: 0.001 to 6.000sec
-Test Temperature: -100 to +400 degree Celsius
-Measurement Time: 1 to 9999 minutes

A&D's pipette accuracy testers provide a simple, precise, and cost-effective means for managing the accuracies of your pipettes by yourself.
The testing procedure is based the gravimetric method, which is the most commonly used test for the accuracy of variable-volume pipettes and is recommended by the ISO8655. In the gravimetric method, pipette volume is determined based on the mass value of the distilled water dispensed from the pipette. The high precision, accuracy, and speed of A&D's balances therefore ensure as effective testing as possible.
A&D’s pipette accuracy testers are equipped with various devices to facilitate your testing. Firstly, the evaporation trap, which prevents the evaporation of the dispensed water by maintaining high humidity inside, can minimize errors due to loss of evaporation. Secondly, the entire pipette accuracy tester set can be packed in a portable carrying case. This makes it easy to perform tests on-site, instead of collecting all the pipettes at one site for testing. Finally, the WinCT-Pipette software automatically converts mass values into volumetric values using the liquid temperature and barometric pressure previously entered. It is also possible to print an A4 or letter-size report including test conditions, data, judgment results, etc.
Three models are available depending on what volumetric range is to be measured. With A&D’s pipette accuracy tester, you can now easily and correctly screen out pipettes that need adjusting or repairing, eliminating the unnecessary costs of having all your pipettes inspected regularly by an outside contractor.
Please see the Pipette Accuracy Testers catalog for further details.

The Seraphin skid prover system is made up of a precision volumetric stainless steel Prover connected to a pump-off system and mounted on skid. The prover drain valve is plumbed to piping that can be routed via butterfly valves to a gravity drain or to the pump. A manual hose reel, with hose and nozzle, is connected to the pump. The hose is used to route the petroleum to an above ground storage tank or up into a tank truck.

Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers).
The possibility of stacking several of these transformer modules allows reaching very high voltage levels by keeping reasonable floor space.
