The Ashcroft® PLUS!™ Performance option, a revolutionary method of dampening the effects of pulsation and vibration, is now available on Ashcroft® sanitary gauges.
PLUS!™ Performance provides the benefits of liquid fill in a dry gauge. Gauges with this remarkable feature offer the resistance to vibration and pulsation formerly available only in costly liquid-filled gauges.
PLUS!™ Performance is unique to Ashcroft gauges and is patent pending. It extends the life of your dry gauge by 50%, lessening the amount of time and money you spend replacing gauges. The feature keeps pointers steady for superior readability. It eliminates all the problems associated with liquid-filled gauges such as leakage and reduces shipping costs. The PLUS!™ option is available on all ranges, including vacuum, and is currently being offered on gauges with a 2 1/2", 3 1/2" and 4 1/2" dial size.
Fast shipping within 5 working days is available with Gold Service(SM) delivery.

Badotherm’s range of pressure instruments includes both mechanical and electronic measuring instruments. Our electronic pressure sensors cover ranges from 20 mbar up to 2200 bar and our mechanical pressure gauges cover ranges from 2.5 mbar at the lowest pressure to 4000 bar at the maximum. Case diameters are available from 40 mm to 250 mm. Accuracies between 2.5% and 0.1% can be provided. These all meet stringent EN standards. The internals of our pressure instrument range are available in brass or stainless steel. Badotherm pressure instruments offer one of the most comprehensive product ranges available in our industry.
Badotherm “Safety baffle wall” pressure gauges represent the safest gauge in our industry and can be found at the higher end of our product range. These gauges are manufactured completely in stainless steel or in stainless steel with a plastic compound casing. In addition, this product is available in both dry, glycerine fillable or filled executions as standard. This filling option is available for our complete range. Most of our instruments are compatible with mechanical or electrical accessories, like drag pointers and contact devices, and can be combined with a variety of chemical seals.

The model P91/SE Schaffer Diaphragm gauges are manufactured with a special DMC (Dough Moulding Compound) safety case and are designed for use on slurries, viscous or corrosive fluids that would normally attack or block standard bourdon tubes.
Implementing specialist materials for both the connection and diaphragm enable the Shaffer Diaphragm gauge to be configured for use on any gaseous or liquid media including suspended solids or powders. The direct drive from the diaphragm to the movement ensures a more positive indication of pressure than other models of tube gauges.
Offering a full range of flanged connection sizes and materials, Schaffer Diaphragm gauges can operate at pressure ranges as low as 30 mBar with the option to permit units to withstand a maximum pressure of 70 bar. |

Differential pressure measurement is a crucial parameter for determining pollutant pathways for IAQ and worker exposure applications. It is also a key HVAC parameter in commercial and institutional buildings and in manufacturing plants, among many other important applications.
Each Zephyr II instrument includes a built-in, auto-zeroing, micro-manometer and 'K'-type thermocouple input for measuring differential pressure, static pressure and temperature. The auto-zeroing feature allows for highly accurate differential pressure logging over time. With a pitot tube, the Zephyr provides direct air velocity readings. Zephyrs can also be fitted with a telescoping 3-function probe (model 2300 AHTS) to measure humidity, temperature and (hotwire) airspeed.
The Zephyr II range has been designed with the user in mind. The large rubber grip and simple membrane switch pad ensure the unit is comfortable to use allowing pushbutton operation even with gloves on. The 2300 AHTS probe attaches to the side of the instrument for single-handed operation.
The display and menu system provide step-by-step guides for each operation. This ensures minimal user training is required. Data capture is included as standard to allow duct traversing. Volumetric flow is calculated by simply entering the size of the duct and the instrument performs the necessary calculation.
The Zephyr II is a stand-alone instrument. However, with all of it's available parameters, it may be interfaced to any GrayWolf WolfSense PPC or LAP mobile PC based system via a CF serial card (model ACC-SCDPC); opening the door to the full extent of GrayWolf's DirectSense product features. |

100mm, 150mm. For use on Viscous and toxic duties.
Model: 180
Model 180 differential pressure gauges are manufactured with a stainless steel diaphragm as the measuring element, the strength of which depends on the differential pressure graduation. The element is isolated from the pressure by two Melinex diaphragms so that only clean oil fills the
chamber in which the mechanism operates.
Melinex is a polyester film (polyethylene terephtalate) that is resistant to all petroleum refining industry fluids. Please consult our technical department to check suitability for other chemicals.
This instrument is generally used in applications where the system pressure is very much higher than differential range and can be used for measuring differential pressure in filters , strainers, coolers, pumps, natural gas strainers, orifice plates and venturi tubes. |

In the field of PRESSURE AEP transducers offers a new series of digital manometers from 1 up to 2000 bar with precision classes varying from 0.05% up to 0.2%.
Inside the range there are two main families :
The manometers generally dedicated to the automation complete with set point with internal relay, analogue and digital output, remote functions like zero, peak and hold in order to be interfaced with more advanced systems like PC, PLC etc...
The first-line-sample manometers c/w internal batteries (1 year autonomy) and serial output, suitable for checking plants or other pressure gauger both in industrial processes and in the laboratories.
Some models are provided complete with SIT certificate to attest the high grade of precision and can be supplied with manual pressure generator and software for the calibration of manometers, pressure transducers, transmitters and pressure switches.
To better suit the different applications, the manometers can be programmed by adjusting the digital filter, the display resolution and the pressure measurement unit which in some models can be converted in a force unit to measure loads generated by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders.
