Applications:
Argon and Argon/CO2 mixture regulators are designed for
use with MIG and TIG welding processes. CO2 regulators are
designed for flux cored arc and solid MIG arc welding
processes.
Flow gauges are suitable for broad flow control applications.
Flow meters (see below) are used where more accurate,
sensitive control of shielding gases is required; they are also
ideal for low flow TIG applications.

This is a highly accurate microprocessor-controlled pressure measuring instrument. SensoBrainTM, a KELLER-designed low power signal processor, transmits the signals of the pressure- and temperature sensor to the microprocessor, which digitally compensates the sensor data. This mathematical modelling of the pressure sensor virtually eliminates all errors over a wide temperature range. All KELLER- and KAVLICO-sensors are compatible with the electronics of the Intelligent Manometers.
Mano Gauge and Mano Record also available in EEx ia-version.

Description
The series 2400 pressure instruments are based on a microprocessor
controlled evaluation and display system. A 4-digit LCD display
indicates the measured values. The instruments are supplied by 9 V
batteries. The electronic sensor system is built into a robust, handy
housing. When the unit is switched on, all available segments of the
display are shown for 2 seconds. After this segment test, the unit
switches immediately to measuring mode. Automatic zero setting.
Accessories include a protective housing (with magnetic holder,
stand, transparent slide). These housings can be interconnected
thus allowing for a combination of several units in one easy-to-manage
assembly.

- Hand held, microprocessor based micromanometer
- Three models measuring between 0.1 Pa to 20 Kpa
- Will compensate for temperature and absolute pressure variation
- Datalogging facility with RS232C output
- Has square root function for direct readout of flow or velocity.
The perfect hand held instrument for commissioning and for random checking of air flows in ducts and fume cupboards. In addition, it is often used to check for air circulation "dead spots" where dangerous gases can build-up.
