"The surveillance of the working pressure in a system is a very important operation parameter in fluid power and lubrication systems.
Depending on the type or mode of the control system, the display and / or the indication of relevant pressure levels, different pressure limits or continuous readings are required. In many cases a variety of different sample points are controlled and displayed by pressure gages with professional digital displays at a centre point. Traditionally, these pressure switches are all hydraulically piped up to the sample points.
The Pressotronic now offers a more contemporary and simple method for reliable surveillance of system pressure.
Depending on the application we offer a choice of adjustable pressure switches with digital display directly installed at the sample point or versions with separate sample point professional transmitters and professional remote control and display units. In this case, the transmitter and the professional displays are connected just by simple elastic cables instead of inflexible industrial pipes.
Both versions provide almost fully identical modules. The control and display unit features a three digit Light emitting diode display with good readability even under poor visibility conditions. As a combined unit, the display can be positioned within an angle of 270° .
The control unit itself is designed for 35 mm rail mount. This allows to compile several units without additional installation materiel in professional cabinets.
The transmitter is available for stand alone with an analogue 4-20 mA output. |

The VEGABAR 50 is the new generation of pressure pick-ups VEGA. Thanks to technologies with layer DMS mines and ceramics-capacitive CERTEC, they covers the measurement brackets from -1 to 600 bar in pressure relative and from 0 to 25 bar in absolute pressure with a class of precision which can go until < 0,1%.
According to the criteria of your application, you have the choice between several references offering necessary qualities and performances to you: intrinsic safety, very high behavior with the overloads, membrane levelling, great measurement bracket or excellent behavior with abrasion.
Another outstanding innovation is incorporation directly in the sensor of a datalogger making it possible to record a history of measurement over one definite period.
This new family of sensor is of course integrated in the new concept plics® of VEGA. That means in particular various options of case (plastic, aluminum or stainless) and of the electronic alternatives analogical 4... 20mA/HART® or numerical (Fieldbus Foundation and Profibus Pa). These sensors lay out of approval ATEX for explosive atmospheres gas and dust.
The startup is simpler to realize, either using the module of programming and skewerable indication PLICSCOM with clear texts, or by PC using PACTware according to concept DTM/FDT.

Winters Instruments' Safety Case Gauge is designed to be used where safety is a major concern. With a solid front and blowout back, this gauge features a 0.5% ANSI/ASME Grade 1A accuracy, full rotary movement and a micrometer pointer for easy calibration. The 4.5" dial makes the gauge easy to read even from a distance (4" and 6" dials, 1% accuracy available).
This all stainless steel Safety Case Gauge is ideal for use in process, petrochemical and oil & gas industries, where operator safety is of paramount concern. In the rare chance of a catastrophic failure, a solid stainless steel wall separates the bourdon tube from the front of the gauge, forcing any pressure safely out of the back of the case. Operator safety is further enhanced by the standard safety glass lens. |
