Hydraulic pressure testing system that monitors and diagnoses fluid systems in a snap. Snap-Check enables machinery manufacturers to test system pressure quickly, easily, and leak-free. In the case of larger equipment, Snap-Check enables system pressure to be checked both after it is assembled at the factory and following reassembly at customer locations. The low-profile system identifies operating pressure and surges, without the need for a permanently installed gauge or transducer.
Requiring only one hand for connection and disconnection, CEJN Series 358 couplings and nipples make up the most user-friendly pressure testing system available. The Snap-Check system offers:
· Working pressures up to 60 MPa
· Smooth operation in temperatures from -40° F to +212° F
· Standard red plastic dust caps or optional metal screw-on caps that keep the system clean and free from grit and dirt when not in use
· Variety of thread configurations, including NPT, BSP, BSPT, metric, and SAE
· Long-lasting, reliable, test-port fittings and couplings for numerous applications, such as mobile hydraulic off-road equipment
Snap-Check liquid-filled pressures gauges are available in a wide variety of sizes and pressure ranges.

When train speeds are high, there are two crucial requirements: safety and minimal wear. Only perfectly maintained bogies ensure that these demands are met. This is where the most recent Schenck development comes into play: the first test bed using spindle technology.
With MULTIRAIL® BogieLoad, Schenck is banking on safety through all around inspection. Electromechanically designed, the bogie test bed inspects the bogie using the so called spindle technology developed by Schenck. This novel feature increases repeatability and accuracy whilst reducing the maintenance expenditure.
The novel test bed technology of SCHENCK is used for the inspection of high speed train bogies. BogieLoad measures and acquires the wheel load distribution with the use of weighbeams. Geometrical data e.g. axis parallelism, are among the additional measuring parameters.
Typical application: bogies of high speed trains ICE 1, ICE 2, ICE 3, ET 420, ET 426.

Designing for Optimal Durability Performance - Undoubtedly the most challenging task for durability engineers is designing components and systems that are fail-safe - but not over-designed. System parts with insufficient fatigue strength may cause permanent damage and potentially life-threatening situations. In addition, product recalls influence market perceptions negatively.
