The Type-9OOX l/P, E/P transducers are a series of compact electronic pressure regulators that convert an electrical signal (current or voltage) to a proportional pneumatic output. Utilizing internal solid-state feedback circuitry, the Type-9OOX provides precise, stable pressure outputs to final control elements. Immunity to the effects of vibration or mounting position, high tolerance to impure air, and low air consumption make this unit ideal for use in demanding applications.
The heart of this unique technology is a bimorph piezo actuator that is encapsulated in a protective skin. This protective skin provides defense against the humidity and contaminants often found in process operating environments.

The P38 uses a patented balanced pintle design which eliminates unsteady changes in outlet pressure due to inlet pressure fluctuations. The P38 is a spring opposed, diaphragm - operated, non-relieving regulator. The use of a relief valve is recommended for this product in accordance with NFPA 58.

A poppet valve which is balanced by utilizing a rolling diaphragm insures a constant output pressure even during wide supply pressure variations. There is no other self-contained pressure regulator in the entire world, which can match the regulation accuracy and the repeatability of the Bellofram Type 10 pressure regulator. It is for use where the utmost precision is required. The regulator is actually a pressure controller using a servo-balanced system in which the main valve is operated by a pilot valve and is dependant on a stainless steel measuring capsule for its incredible accuracy. Originally developed for sensitive aircraft altimeters, this precision sensing element provides the energy to activate the servo-control mechanism. It provides greater regulation accuracy and eliminates the problems usually encountered with range springs and conventional diaphragms. The entire measuring element, including the pilot valve, is fabricated from stainless steel which has been carefully heat treated to eliminate hysteresis or permanent deformation under all working conditions.

The Intellisys Adaptive Pressure Controller (APC) merges closed loop motor control with adaptive pressure control to provide advanced control system performance. An advanced adaptive algorithm eliminates pressure overshoot or gradual ramps during pressure transition. A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) enables DeviceNet communications protocol and programming flexibility for customer or process specific requirements.
Intellisys motor control technology eliminates belts, gears and position switches, improving reliability, while increasing speed by at least a factor of twenty. High-torque geared drives are also available as an option. Standard sizes range from one to twelve inches.
Substantial cost and space savings can be realized with the IQ-Series butterfly valves. All the control electronics are incorporated on to the valve motor drive, resulting in a compact size that is easy to integrate on any system.
