The KOFLOC Precision Needle Valve MODEL 2412 SERIES is designed to control minute flows with precision and ease, controlling minute flow stably and accurately, as low as 0.5 ML/MIN. It has been widely used in numerous applications from general industrial applications to analytical equipment such as AAS (Atomic absorption spectrometer). The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10 H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004 to .040.
The PCD Series Digital Dual Valve Pressure Controllers are designed for applications that require a precise pressure control device with easy to integrate features specifically for dead ended applications. The PCD series pressure controller provides an RS-232 and a choice of analog output of the pressure signal as a standard feature. Alicat's P series standard digital pressure gauge electronics are integrated with two proportional control valves (a feed valve and an exhaust valve).
