165855 Professional cylinder Pressure detection
Intended specifically for use with the Bently Nevada 3500/77M Recip Cylinder Pressure Monitor when real-time, continuous monitoring of cylinder performance is required on reciprocating compressors. It is able to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressure cycling of reciprocating professional compressor cylinders while providing reliable measurements. It also incorporates innovative materials and construction techniques that allow it to survive in the harsh chemical environments typically encountered in reciprocating compressor applications, such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The transducer has undergone extensive testing and is unique in the industry, carrying a 3-year warranty. It is available with a number of adapters, allowing it to be used with many existing pressure indicator cocks (e.g., Kiene* valves). |

EDP1
The differential pressure measurement cell is manufactured
with two separate ceramic detection in thick-film technology.
The industrial bridge signals are compensated for the relevant cell
and are converted by an integrated adc to a
4..20 mA signal which is linear to the differential pressure.
The values from the separate cells are accepted by a 14-bit
professional converter and microcontroller and converted into the
difference of the pressures. The microcontroller also
permits special output signals to be emploied (please
inquire). Only high quality materials are exposed to the
liquid. ( s.s,Viton,Al2O3)
two-wire model for industrial applications
ideally suitable for liquid/liquid applications
can also be used for high differential pressures
high chemical resistance through the use of high quality materials |

The MLX90210 is a discrete micromachined
Pressure sensor specifications IC suitable for pressure ranges
Between 0 to 1.0 Bar. The pressure medium must be dry and non-corrosive, such as air.
The circuit is a piezoresistive bridge which is realized in silicon through a special micromachining process. As pressure is applied to the bridge, a differential voltage change is seen across the Vout pins, while a bias voltage is applied to the Vexc pins.
The MLX90210 is a versatile pressure sensor solution which can be directly interfaced with other Melexis ICs such as the MLX90308, which provides amplification, signal conditioning as well as the bias current to supply the sensor itself.

Honeywell Sensing and Control's piezoresistive silicon industrial pressure sensors contain sensing elements that consist of four piezoresistors buried in the face of a thin, chemically-etched silicon industrial diaphragm. A pressure change causes the diaphragm to flex, inducing a stress in the diaphragm and the buried resistors. The resistor values change in proportion to the stress applied and produce an electrical output. These sensors are small, low cost and reliable. They feature excellent repeatability, high accuracy and reliability under varying environmental conditions. In addition, they feature highly consistent operating characteristics from one sensor to the next, and interchangeability without recalibration.
Best Used For:
Medical and HVAC devices, data storage and gas chromatograph equipment, process controls, industrial machinery, pumps and robotics.

Description
The fibre optic manufacturer of pressure sensor P-01 consists of a membrane that is connected to a FBG mounted under pre-strain. When pressure is applied to the membrane, the membrane will deflect resulting into a change in the FBG strain value and hence also in a change of the reflected FBG wavelength.
The head of the pressure sensor is foreseen of a thread that allows connecting the sensor to pipelines, cocks and vessels.
In order to compensate for temperature influences, a high resolution manufacturer of temperature probe is integrated within the housing.
The housing is made of stainless steel and is terminated with an optical interconnection using a plastic tubing. Tubing lengths and manufacturer of connector can be specified following the needs of every application.
The sensor is single connectorised but can on request also be designed for series configurations.
Features
The pressure sensor P-01 can measure pressure and temperature with a resolution of 0,05% Full Scale and 0,1 °C respectively and an accuracy of 1% Full Scale and 1 °C respectively. The pressure range can be chosen between 1 and 150 bar.
Applications
The pressure sensor can be applied for flow control in all sorts of pipelines and liquid level measurements in reservoirs and others. |
