ComfortSense
Thermal comfort measurement according to EN 13182, ISO 7736 and ASHRAE standard 113
Dantec Dynamics’ ComfortSense system is designed for research and development of heating and air conditioning systems requiring multi-point measurements of air velocity and temperature. Draught measurements require omnidirectional sensors with a frequency response of at least 2 Hz, which is fulfilled by the present system.
ComfortSense elements
The ComfortSense system consists of a main frame with anemometer circuits for up to 16 probes. The omnidirectional probes measure both air velocity and temperature. Six frames can be connected so that up to 96 probes can be monitored simultaneously. The ComfortSense main frame has a built-in A/D converter with USB 2.0 interface.
Easy-to-use
It is easy for the user to setup a measurement sequence and make a measurement grid with selection of probes from a user library. The software delivers statistical results based on user-defined measurement cycles. The ruggedly designed probes and cables are perfectly suited for large test rooms.

The CPE 300 presents the advantage to become integrated perfectly into walls and to answer to the standard of cleanliness thanks to its stainless case (brushed or with lacquered).
It is equipped with 2 visual and audible alarms, with 2 reversers relays, of a big electroluminescent display and a process of autocalibration which guarantees in the time an excellent stability and a reliability of the measure in low as in high scale.
Thanks to its digital communication (RS 232 and Protocol Modbus RS 485), it offers the possibility of showing alternately (in addition of the measure of pressure) two other parameters resulting from temperature, humidity, velocity or airflow external sensors (KIMO).
Two innovative systems to facilitate the maintenance on-site :
· Its measuring element benefits from the SMART PRO system. It is individually adjusted and is automatically recognized by the device. Thanks to this process, it is possible to replace the measuring element in a simple and fast way without return of the sensor to the factory.
· The calibration in front face : this system allows to proceed to the calibration of the device without un-mounting it.

The Ashcroft® KM10 features a proven polysilicon thin-film sensor welded to a stainless steel process connection. Other construction elements enable the Ashcroft® KM10 to achieve an ingress rating of IP67 for protection against the effects of weather, wash downs, and temporary immersion in water. Calibration, by digital signal conditioning, results in an extremely linear and repeatable pressure instrument. With pressure ranges available through 7500 psi, the Ashcroft KM10 offers equipment manufacturers a broad spectrum of choice in their selection of a durable, yet affordable pressure transducer.
