Specially developed for the supervision of clean-rooms, the CPE 300 is dedicated to measures of low pressure andor depression of air or neutral gases from 0/+10 Pa to -1000 /+1000 Pa.
The CPE 300 presents the advantage to become integrated perfectly into walls and to answer to the standard of cleanliness thanks to its stainless case (brushed or with lacquered).
It is equipped with 2 visual and audible alarms, with 2 reversers relays, of a big electroluminescent display and a process of autocalibration which guarantees in the time an excellent stability and a reliability of the measure in low as in high scale.
Thanks to its digital communication (RS 232 and Protocol Modbus RS 485), it offers the possibility of showing alternately (in addition of the measure of pressure) two other parameters resulting from temperature, humidity, velocity or airflow external sensors (KIMO).
Two innovative systems to facilitate the maintenance on-site :
· Its measuring element benefits from the SMART PRO system. It is individually adjusted and is automatically recognized by the device. Thanks to this process, it is possible to replace the measuring element in a simple and fast way without return of the sensor to the factory.
· The calibration in front face : this system allows to proceed to the calibration of the device without un-mounting it.
The sensor CPE 300 is so always operational !

The ARES Series is a small, low cost pressure transducer which is able to measure pressures as low as 0 to 5 inches of water, 0 to 10 inches of water, 0 to 15 inches of water, and 0 to 1 psi. Sensitivity to extremely low pressures combined with the small physical size make this device ideally suited for applications such as HVAC, medical equipment, and flow monitoring. The GA100 series has a 4V span from 0.50V to 4.50V and the GA200 series has a 3.75V span from 0.25V to 4.00V. The plastic housing design for the ARES Series makes the device very user friendly. The housing is designed to be printed circuit board mountable, requiring no additional hardware. Built into the housing are self-locking pins which insure a secure fit between the housing and the PCB. The pressure ports are 3/16" barbed ports which mate with industry standard 1/8" or 3/16" ID tubing. These ports are mounted 90° to the printed circuit board to allow other boards to be located above the sensor. The ARES Series utilizes a unique sensor circuit design to provide ASIC digital error correction and signal amplification while maintaining an analog signal path. This technique delivers the high level of error correction associated with microprocessor-based circuits, while maintaining a typical bandwidth of >1 kHz generally found only in analog circuits. The result is a pressure sensor that offers the ultimate in low cost and high accuracy, while preserving the fast response and smooth output inherent to silicon sensors.

Hydro-Mix VI for Moisture Measurement in Mixers
Tough, digital, flush mounted sensor for measurement of moisture in wet and dry materials during the mixing cycle, in chutes and mixers.
The Hydro-Mix VI is a rugged, flush mounted microwave moisture measurement sensor for mixers and other process control environments. Designed by Hydronix to be installed in the turbulent environment of a mixer, the Hydro-Mix features integral signal processing and is easily connected to any control system. The sensor reads at 25 times per second which enables rapid detection in moisture content in the process, including the determination of homogeneity.
Typically used to measure moisture in concrete mixing, the Hydro-Mix VI is also used successfully in other industries where it can be installed in a mixer, for example, grain processing and animal feed. The Hydro-Mix is fitted into the floor of a mixer or screw conveyor and takes measurements as the material flows over the ceramic head during processing.
Remote configuration, calibration, diagnostics and software upgrades can easily be undertaken using Hydronix Hydro-Com software. This allows direct integration with any control system without the requirement of any other interface unit. Combined with on-board functionality such as signal processing, smoothing and averaging the Hydro-Mix VI is simple to integrate.

For measurement of the water content in solid and pasty samples, the Sartorius Water Detection System 400 is the ideal alternative to classic Karl-Fisher titration. The WDS 400 combines three reference methods – oven drying, coulometry (Karl-Fisher titration) and phosphorous pentoxide into a highly accurate measurement technique. Yet the WDS 400 is also easy to operate without having to have special training and eliminates the need for working with detection reagents, many of which are toxic and expensive.
• Detects water quantities in the trace range
• Selective differentiation among surface and capillary water and water of crystallization
• Operating range from a few ppm to approx. 40% moisture
• 1 µg detection limit
• ± 2% reproducibility of the absolute water content

The tailor made solution for measuring bore hole humidity in
hardened concrete.
The James Instruments Humitest System allows the concrete practitioner to monitor and ensure that a new structure is dry enough to proceed with the next phase of construction. This is especially critical for concrete structures requiring a coating, carpeting or similar floor or covering treatment. Installing such treatments before the concrete is sufficiently dry will typically cause expensive failures in the covering treatment. The only accurate way to ensure that the concrete is sufficiently dry enough to safely avoid expensive re-work is via a bore hole humidity test system, such as the Humitest System™.
The system works by first boring a hole into the concrete and inserting a plastic tube in the hole. The plastic tube is then plugged and the system is set to stabilize and the humidity to reach equilibrium. The probe is then inserted into the plastic tube, left to stabilize for a short period of time, and then a reading is taken.
The sleeve is recommended to give readings at various depths in the concrete. As concrete moisture distribution is typically very uneven it is recommended to take readings at different depths depending on the structures exposure.

SONO-MIX: The new Concrete Sensor – Measures directly in the Mixer.
Highest accuracy at the measurement of moisture and material composition in fresh concrete – directly in the mixer using state-of-the-art RbC technology.
Higher safety at the production of fresh concrete due to the precise measurement of the moisture as well as the radar-based conductance (RbC – Radar based Conductance) up to 50dS/m. RbC enables conclusions regarding further parameters of the material recipe such as the cement content and the slope of
fresh concrete with the effect of a more reliable quality control and higher cost-effectiveness because recipe errors are prevented.
The novel and very robust sensor head (15 mm thick) consists of wear-resistant hardened steel with a rectangular ceramic window. It is fastened with 4 screws and can easily be exchanged. In case of abrasion, a recalibration is not necessary.
The intelligent pre-processing of the measurement values with smooth mean value accumulation, adjustable filters, and the storage of up to 15 calibration curves for the calibration which is already conducted in the sensor itself. Usually, external evaluation devices are not required.
Two variably adjustable analogue outputs 0(4)...20mA enable the easy connection to any control system.
A RS485 interface enables the network operation of the sensor. It already contains a data bus protocol for the connection of several SONO sensors. The connection of the sensor to industrial buses such as Profibus, Ethernet, etc. is possible via optional external modules (available upon request).

The MICRO III, with its small dimensions of only 4,7 x 8,8 x 2,5 cm, is the ideal gas detector for personal protection. The single gas detector with ATEX certification weighs only 75 g. It detects reliably oxygen, hydrogen or many toxic gases like hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, ozone, carbon monoxide, etc. The current gas concentration is shown on a large display. With a loud alarm of 95 dB and a changing frequency the small single gas detector is audible even in noisy environments. Simultaneously, two bright and alternately flashing LEDs indicate a gas alarm. Three alarm levels and the battery alarm provide comprehensive protection.
With a permanent operation of 24 hours a day a single AA battery powers this instrument for up to 9 months. The long-life smart sensors allow the change to other gases without any problems, since the detector recognizes the new sensor type. A high-performance pump (as per ATEX) for gas sampling can be easily attached, ensuring to detect gas hazards in confined areas.
Gases to be detected: O2, H2S, CO, NO, NH3, HCN, HCl, SO2, H2, C2H4O, SiH4, PH3, COCl2, NO2, Cl2, O3, ClO2.
