The dV-2 PS is a sophisticated digital pressure gauge with two independent pressure switch outputs. The gauge employs KELLER’s proven microprocessor technology which produces highly accurate results. All readings are linearised and temperature corrected, to give an accuracy of 0,2 %FS.
There are two independent switches for High and Low control functions. These are solid state and therefore not subject to wear. The switch points are programmed directly from the two front panel buttons and a menu system. Alternatively, the dV-2 PS can be connected via the RS485 link to a laptop/PC, and configured using KELLER’s “Pressure Switch Console” software. User defined configurations can be stored on the computer for future reference. Pressure sequences can also be monitored and recorded on the PC for application diagnostic purposes using KELLER’s Read30 software.

Electro-hydraulic pressure switches are devices, which, when set under pressure close or open electrical contacts. They are widely used in applications where it is intended that, once a pre-set pressure is achieved and exceeded, an electrical switching command or signal should be triggered for further working cycles.
Many different versions (with pressure setting on a dial, with main and secondary switch, screw-on pressure switches) enable their use in many applications.
There is a design related difference of 8 ... 20 % between the upper switching point and the lower switching point. Only the electronic pressure switch type DG 5 E gives provision to select two independant switch points
and to set the hysteresis.
Type DT is an analogical pressure sensor.

The factory set pressure switches series 901
The switching pressure can be defined at a value of between 5 mbar and 12 bar in the overpressure range and between -5 mbar and -900 mbar in the vacuum range.
The main area of use for the compact pressure switches series 901 is in monitoring filling levels and filters, as well as in monitoring overpressure, vacuum or differential pressure in closed systems. These pressure switches are suitable for liquid and gaseous media including aggressive media.

Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. If two points are required, two pressure switches with different calibrations should be employed. The method of fixing the tab terminals to the switch body does not allow for absolute air sealing. The switch is therefore not reccommended for applications where static vacuum has to be maintained. However, special models with additional pressure spring that allow for the vacuum to be connected to the pressure inlet side are available on request.
