Thermtrol's temperature probe thermostats meet the exacting demands of the toughest industrial and commercial applications. Probe thermostats are thermally sensitive bimetallic switches housed in a rugged brass or stainless steel case. The switches are manufactured to either make or break an electrical circuit at a factory pre-set temperature and reset automatically on cooling. Some devices can be used as controlling thermostats, which cycle open and closed more rapidly to maintain a temperature level. Other devices can be used as over-temperature protectors to limit a temperature from exceeding a predetermined value. Thermtrol offers complete design flexibility for custom probe thermostats. We draw from an extensive inventory of standard components and build the thermostat that is correct for your application.

The Model 2A Thermocouple Sensor tube consists of a tube containing a filament heated by the passage of a constant current. A thermocouple is welded to the center of this heated element thereby providing a means of directly measuring the element temperature in terms of voltage output. For any constant value of current through the filament, the temperature of the filament increases as the pressure in the tube is reduced. The thermocouple voltage is directly proportional to the increased temperature of the filament, and thus generates an increase in voltage. Sensitive circuitry includes the thermocouple output directly in microns. The standard sensor tube has nickel-plated, forged-brass housing which makes it capable of withstanding 150 psi overpressure. All thermocouple elements are preoxidized under controlled conditions to provide interchangeability of tubes without recalibration. This process also provides high stability and minimizes the effect of contamination. Stainless steel versions are available.

The relative humidity is in most industry domains and in the quality control a decisive quantity. That is why high requirements relatively to measurement accuracy, long time stability and equipment are postulated for temperature / humidity probes in industrial environments.
The technologically highly up-to-date capacitve humidity sensors used in the TH109 probes fulfill all these requirements. The temperature humidity probes excel also with the following features:
- compact and robust stainless steel housing,
- standardized M12-plug,
- standardized analogue outputs,
- exchangeable filter caps and various fixing possibilities thanks the practical housing form.
The temperature measuring range covers -20C up to 80C. The humidity measurement covers the full range from 0% to 100% RH with an accuracy of 2% RH. The areas of application of these probes are for example the climate control, air conditioning and heating installations, building controlling, dryer systems, process controlling, plants construction and in warehouses. Customer oriented solutions are thanks the modular conception realizable.

Minco humidity and humidity plus temperature transmitters are designed using an advanced microprocessor. Digital signal processing allows these transmitters to precisely match the characteristics of the humidity sensor to a wide range of RH and temperature values found in the many applications the product serves.
The humidity sensor is comprised of an integrated circuit (IC) with a stable polymer element and platinum RTD that is used for temperature compensation. This sensor offers outstanding resistance to airborne contaminant and chemicals, and is protected by a sintered stainless steel filter which resists condensation.

KIMO proposes a new range of temperature gauges thermocouples and PT100.
To satisfy all the applications, this range is composed of probes thermocouples with head of connection, guard metal, connecting cable or lined deformable, accepting temperatures varying from - 50 with +1200C.

Pt 100 & Pt 1000 SENSORS , WITH WIRE CONNECTIONS:
Heito manufactures small thermostats called VIGITHERME, with fixed adjustment.
In order to satisfy the needs of some customers, HEITO is building up his range of products with Pt 100 or Pt 1000 sensors manufactured in cases similar to the Vigitherme thermostats.
This is platinum resistance 100 ohms or 1000 ohms at 0C with approvals CEI 751 (class B).
The temperature sensitive range is -50C to + 200C. Connections are available with two, three or four wires.

NTC Thermistor soldered to 30 Tinned Copper wire with Teflon Insulation. The unit is positioned in the PVC Medical (HY-VIN VH787) tubing using UV curing agent. The PVC tubing compiles with the requirements of BS2463.
