The task of a suction line accumulator is to protect the compressor from so called liquid hammers, which can be caused by the carry over of liquid refrigerant.
The consequence of such a liquid hammer will be the damage of the following compressor parts:
• Suction Valve
• Discharge Valves
• Pistons and Connecting Rods
• Gasket
• Bearings
ESK suction line accumulators incorporate the injection principle, which prevents the transport of liquid refrigeration into the compressor, even if the accumulator is filled up with liquid. |

SPEKTRUM CE-G
Off-colour separation system for glass recycling applications
Spektrum colour separation systems are designed for the glass recycling industry to remove off-colours from glass cullet. The material to be inspected is spread out on an external feeder and reaches the glass slide where the pieces are further individualised before continuing into the inspection area of the CCD linear camera. If an off-colour contaminant is detected its exact location is determined. Electronics evaluate this position and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the contaminant. The ejection nozzles are so precise that the contaminant is removed with very little loss of cullet. The rest of the cullet then continues along the conveyor. |

SPEKTRUM CE-P
Off-colour separation system for plastics recycling applications
Spektrum colour separation systems remove off-colours from a flow of plastic bulk materials. The material to be inspected is spread out on a conveyor and reaches the glass slide where the pieces are further individualised before continuing into the inspection area of the CCD linear camera. If an off-colour contaminant is detected its exact location is determined. Electronics evaluate this position and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the contaminant. The ejection nozzles are so precise that the metal particles are removed with very little loss of good material and without any interruption to the material flow. |

Compressed air is a dependable, flexible and safe energy source. however, the air must be treated before use to ensure that the pneumatic tools last well and works reliably.
An extensive range of filters, regulators, lubricators, pressure gauges, micro-filters, drains, separators and dryers provide solutions for all issues associated with polluants in air pipes. |

Metex OPTI-MESH Mist Eliminators are available in a variety of styles and configurations designed to match your process. Styles range from very course or "open" mesh designs to very fine or tight mesh designs.
Mist eliminators maintain the integrity of the plant by capturing fugitive liquids and returning them to the process. Wire mesh mist eliminators are the most commonly used type. They have no moving parts and require little, if any, maintenance. They are available in a broad range of styles, sizes and shapes. Wire mesh mist eliminators are, made slightly oversized and compress to fit snugly into your vessel. This ensures that a good vapor seal is achieved. They can be made from just about any materials as monofilaments, multistrand or multifilament designs.
Wire mesh mist eliminators rely primarily on physical IMPACTION of the droplet onto a fine wire to remove liquid entrained in vapor streams. As the droplet approaches the wire, its momentum will keep it in a straight line than the vapor going around the wire. If the momentum is high enough, the droplet hits the wire, wets it and drains along the wire to where it encounters other collected liquids. |

As pre-cleaners or main cleaners for subordinate applications and magnetisable chips, magnetic filters offer a good and reasonably priced filtration method.
Turbo Separator AG produces magnetic filters with flow rates of 100 - 400l/min.
Depending on the application area, these magnetic filters can also be built up in cascades.
Magnetic filters from Turbo-Separator can be installed as integrated components of a system or built on as accessory products.
Special requirements call for special solutions - we shall implement your wishes, with unconventional solutions if need be! (SE magnets) |
