Adjustable pressure switch monitoring overpressure, vacuum or
differential pressure of liquid and gaseous – also aggressive –
media.
The pressure switch uses a scaled adjustment knob to enable
the adjustment of trip and reset pressure without the use of a
screwdriving.
Various versions with overlapping adjustment ranges are available. These cover the overpressure range of 5 mbar to 12 bar, as well as the vacuum range of -5 mbar to -700 mbar. |

Application:
Suitable for all practically neutral media such as process water, heating
water, neutral gases, oils. Suitable for two-point control by
means of a continuously adjustable switching point (between 10 and
100 % of pressure range).
Function
A robust diaphragm type movement serves as the basis for this unit. It is
suitable for pressure, vacuum and differential pressure measurements.
The unit uses the same principle of operation for all three measuring
applications. The pressure or the differential pressure applies a force
to one side of the diaphragm. This force displaces the diaphragm
system and moves the measurement range spring. A switching
plunger fixed to the diaphragm actuates an electrical switching element.
The switching point is adjusted via a knurled knob according to
the scale. |

Air Logic switches interface from pressure signals to electrical systems. The snap-action electrical switch provides a positive and reliable response. The switch operation is based on the actuation of a precision snap-acting switch acting against a diaphragm.
The switches are single pole, double throw for normally open, normally closed and common terminals, which are available from 0.1 to 25 AMP, 15 AMP standard. For low current applications, gold contact switches are available.
Maximum pressure is 100 PSI. Adjustment ranges from 0.5 to 100 PSI. Special actuating and releasing pressures are available on request.

The factory set pressure switches suppliers series 901
The switching pressure can be defined at a value of between 5 mbar and 12 bar in the overpressure range and between -5 mbar and -900 mbar in the vacuum range.
The main area of use for the compact pressure switches series 901 is in monitoring filling levels and professional filters, as well as in monitoring overpressure, vacuum or differential pressure in closed systems. These pressure switches are suitable for liquid and gaseous media including aggressive media.

Electro-Mechanical Suction switches
These switches use a vacuum actuated membrane to operate a mechanical micro switch. All switches can be wired normally closed or normally open. The vacuum level to which the switch operates can be set with the manually adjustable and lockable screw. The VES-02B comes with two fixing holes molded into the housing, whereas the VES-01B comes with fixings in two extended ears.

The efector 500 is based on a ceramic measuring pressure cell which converts the measured quantity of pressure into a capacitive signal as a result of the deflection of a diaphragm. A microprocessor controls the evaluation of the electrical signal. For the efector 500 the system pressure is directly indicated on the unit by an Light emitting diode display.
The extraordinary mechanical characteristics of the efector 500 result from the following design features:
The measuring pressure cell is designed in such a way that the diaphragm is supported by the base in the case of overload pressure. This leads to a high strength against hidden pressure peaks at values outside the measuring range.
The measuring pressure cell consists of ceramic which has ideal elastic features thus ensuring a high long-term stability of the diaphragm.
The electronic circuitry is made in film technology, i.e. a flexible, temperature-stable and extremely resistant polyimide film is used as a carrier for the SMD components. In conjunction with a special potting compound this leads to a high shock and vibration resistance. |

Professional furnace & Professional water heater Air Proving Professional switch
The Mamco / Lefoo LF-31 series switch was designed for the HVAC industry where safety and reliability are essential. This series has also proven to be a viable solution for many pneumatic OEM applications.
Available in vacuum, differential and pressure models, with fine silver or gold cross bar contacts. The LF-31 is capable of detecting pressures, as low as, .05" of water. General Description
The ED101 series electronic module is used to control DSA/DWE/DWU pressure manufacturer of control valves. The module accepts up to 4 on/off input signals which select one of four pressures set by potentiometer adjustments on teh card. Two ramp adjustments provide smooth transition between selected pressures.

MAMCO/LEFOO LF-20 PRESSURE SWITCH SUPPLIER
Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. The standard diaphragm employed by Mamco is polyimide (Kapton) making it compatible with many gases and liquids. Several other diaphragm materials are available that make the switch compatible with many mediums.
