Anticorrosion horizontal centrifugal pumps conceived for applications in industrial processes, production lines and ecological facilities where resistance to chemical aggression must be coupled with reliability and easy maintenance.
The special construction of these pumps eliminates the possibility of any contact between metal parts and the liquids, while the selection of materials and manufacturing technologies ensure full compatibly with the products handled, a long operating life and conformity with standards in force: in particular, the presence of a mechanical seal designed exclusively by Savino Barbera offers safe solutions for all industrial pumping needs.

Introduction:
With the development of the technology, our company has introduced the series EZJ slurry pump under the theory of modern fluid mechanics and mechanical, based on the software design and practical experiences.
The EZJ series slurry pumps are designed as single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps. They are classified into the horizontal version (EZJ type) and vertical version (EZJL type) according to mode of construction and the discharge diameters of horizontal pumps vary from 300mm to 200mm 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc.And the discharge diameters of vertical pumps vary from 150mm to 100mm 80mm 65mm 50mm, etc.
The pumps are innovative in both hydraulic and structural designs. The wet parts are made from self-developed high-chrome alloy cast iron with high wear-resistance.They are of energy- saving, high efficiency, little vibration, low noise, long service, lightweight, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
Application:
The EZJ series slurry pumps are widely used in power, metallurgical, mining, coal and building materials, which are suitable for handling abrasive and corrosive solids-bearing slurries with maximum concentrations of wt.45% (ash) and wt.60% (ore) such as handling the fine ore and tailings in mining, removing ash and dredges in power plant and delivering coal tailings. The pumps can be operated in series according to special requirements.
Notation:

E:Excellence
ZJ:Slurry
V:Vertical type
80: Discharge size (inch)

The largest and newest chemical pump in the March product line, the innovative Series 10 is an ideal transfer pump for many strong acid and caustic chemical
solutions, such as those based on halogens or chromic and sulfuric acids. Made of carbon-filled Kynar® plastic (PVDF), it is designed for complete chemical compatibility.
Other materials include carbon-filled Kynar®, ceramic, and Viton®. Standard bushings are carbon. Flow rates range from 50 GPM (175 LPM) minimum to 210
GPM (680 LPM) maximum. Head ranges from 0 to 170 ft. (35m) maximum. To insure smooth operation with various specific gravities over 1.0, the impeller magnet assembly may be trimmed to a minimum diameter of 5.250" (135 mm).
The electric motor drive is a 10 HP (7.45 kw), 230/460-volt three-phase, totally enclosed chemical duty motor. An explosion-proof 15 HP is available on special order. Standard port configuration is a 3" MPT inlet with a 2" MPT outlet.
|
|
March Series 5 pumps are ideal for a wide variety of applications involving highly corrosive chemicals, such as film processor chemical recirculation, refrigerators, small scrubbers and detergent mixers. Models constructed of
Kynar® are typically used in the plating industry to pump strong halogen solutions and concentrated chromic or sulfuric acids. They are also excellent choices for computer cooling, carbon arc furnace cooling and marine air conditioners.
Series 5 pumps are rated up to 18 GPM (60.5 LPM) flow and for heads up to 29 ft. (6.3m) (50 ft. [16m] when driven by an air motor).

Liquiflo's ENDURA® AB-Series is our Patented Air-Barrier Centrifugal Pump. This innovative revolutionary design was the recipient of the 1995 Vaaler Award. The ENDURA® AB can run dry indefinitely and handles solids - something no other pump in the industry can do.
The AB (air-barrier) combines the best features of a standard sealed pump with that of a mag-drive pump, while eliminating the drawbacks commonly associated with these designs. This patented design makes the ENDURA® AB unlike any other pump in the industry.

Process magnetic drive pumps MDM series
Unique design endurable to dry running (Non contact system)
The pump design features a mechanism to withstand dry running. High magnet power of the rare earth magnets prevents the magnet capsule coming into contact with the thrust ring of the rear casing, thus preventing melting of fluororesin components due to heat generation. This greatly improves resistance against dry running in comparison with conventional magnetic drive pumps made of fluororesin. Note: Only CF type (fitted with high density carbon bearing) can cope with dry running. Dry running is not permitted in the case of KK type.
ETFE and PFA available in standard models
Carbon fibre reinforced ETFE (CFRETFE) and PFA linings can be supplied to meet many varying duties. PFA being a natural unfilled material generates fewer contaminants and makes it ideally suited for transfer of high purity chemicals.
Back pullout system
In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, this series employs the back pullout system. This enables one to conduct inspections internally and replace parts without removing piping. The pump is designed to include safety measures that can prevent the liquid from leaking when the foot support is pulled back.
