The MCS range offers a wide range of aluminum profile sections, connecting elements and accessories. These components allow an infinite possibility of frames to be constructed for use in industrial machinery, guarding, storage and display applications.
Profiles can be machined and accurately cut to length to customers' specifications by Hepco, and are available on very short delivery times. The aluminum components are manufactured to very close tolerances and then clear coat anodized - this ensures that frames are both accurate and corrosion resistant. Accessories include handles, feet, hinges, sliders and panel fixings.

Radial profile segments are now indispensable in many market sectors. There are three different bending technologies available. These technologies enable us to maintain tight tolerances while reducing spring back. The processes contain many safeguards which minimise profile deformation. While for smaller radii, mandrel bending is used, for sections with complex radii or where 3-D bending is required a roll-bending process is used. Bent steel profiles are used in a number of industries, in particular automotive, cabin building, facades and interiors and also in furniture making.

In comparison to other cutting methods, laser-beam cutting has numerous advantages. It is a thermal procedure used predominantly in the treatment of metals as it enables the maintenance of tight tolerances even with on-line cutting, it is also quick and cost effective. At Welser we ensure complex 3-dimensional processing with a 5-axis laser cutting machine. We can thereby process material grades up to 8mm with steel, 5mm with stainless steel and lengths of up to 7,000mm. The most common steels can be cut without burring, so that subsequent de-burring becomes unnecessary. With the laser cutting process, several machining steps can be carried out simultaneously, such as pre-punching, post-punching and de-burring.

As well as open sections, Welser produce welded tube profiles. The seam welding of tubes increases their strength during twisting or bending, in comparison to open pipe sections. There are two welding methods utilised: high-frequency welding and laser welding. Which method is used depends on various factors, such as material grade, shape of the section, position and requirements of the weld seam. Laser welding possibilities: longitudinal seam welding of special profile tubes, welding together of components of different material grades and strengths. Mobile CO2 laser rigs enable continuous laser welding as well as the capability to produce multi-chambered profiles on-line direct from the rolling machines.

Due to clever connection elements you do not need any machines and special equipment. The profiles are cut to length and assembled. More than 110 different profile sizes and cross sections can be assembled in this manner.

The system makes it possible for fast installation without machining the profile ends.
A variety of mounting options can be obtained with a minimum of individual elements (10 base elements).
Quick-Set® can be adjusted easily, quickly and precisely, without the need for drilling or pinning.
Quick-Set® is suitable for precise dimensionally-stable connections.
Its dovetail connections can be subjected to larger loads than T-slot connections. With the screws tightened to the correct torque, the strength of the resistance to displacement between two interconnected profiles is 3000 N.
