The Multivision optical measurement system has the same functionality as a traditional profile projector, with the
added advantage that it instantly provides all measures in one go.
Multivision can be installed onto machines or used on benches in lieu of a profile professional projector.
For instance, when used on spring formers, where spring types vary considerably, Multivision will dramatically
improve the quality of production.
Multivision is ideal for three-dimensional measurements for:
Compression, torsion, and tensile springs as well as several templates
The instrument consists of:
•one computer box capable of controlling 1 to 3 industrial cameras
•1 to 3 cameras
•1 to 3 illuminators (front or rear mounted for profile reading)
•professional harness for individual camera Start, sorter operation, correction communication (where possible), and machine stop.
Features:
PV-3000 C series optical comparators own high quality optical measuring performance. There is a rotary lens turret which equips with three different lenses. When working in different magnifications, users can rotate the lens, instead of changing lens individually.
The professional projector P 300 is fitted with an excellent optical system with 10 to 100-fold magnification. The projected images are light, rich in contrast with a high contour definition. The surface light illumination is particularly suitable for measuring plastic and rubber objects. The stage, with a travel distance of 200 x 100 mm, runs on needle-bearings. Its surface is chemically nicke-plated and is fitted with professional scales for the digital display.
