Types of lamella
We use three basic forms to fasten the lamellas. The different product types and their designations result from these three basic forms of fastening. The product types FASTAF/FASTAC have fixed mounted lamellas. Flexibly mounted lamellas are used in the FASTAM/FASTLAP product types. These flexibly mounted lamellas are offered in two different versions, according to the conditions of use with hinge 2) or clip 3). It is also possible to choose between versions of the hinge type with or without initial tension.

We cannot stress too strongly the importance of the cover requirements being considered at the design stage if maximum efficiency and cost benefits are to be achieved.
Our computerised design programme provides data for the precision manufacture of Beakbane Covers. This ensures instant recall of all information needed for repeat orders: also, as an indication of the precision in our manufacturing procedures, it enables us to replace a damaged 'box' in a cover when required.
The individual boxes that make up each cover are interlinking, and depending on the box structure, can be sufficiently rigid to support the weight of an operator when the cover is stationary.
Wiper seals are fitted, as required, to the leading edge of all boxes with the exception of the smallest. The wiper is pressure loaded so preventing the ingress of swarf and other unwanted foreign bodies. The wiper itself is made from hardwearing polyurethane or nitrile rubber, protected in its own steel case from hot chips and swarf.

If the bellows will be subjected to high mechanical stress and strain, the telescopic covers provide safe protection even at high processing speeds. Due to our patented mounting system, the telescopic covers will either be flexibly mounted or connected with the bellows without the use of adhesive materials under consistent counter pressure, if required and can also be coolant-compatible, if this is desired.

The FRITSCH Soil Deagglomerator almost completely automates the deagglomeration of soil samples and simultaneous removal of stones and a high sample throughput.
Field of application
Preparation of soil samples for chemical and physical analysis, e.g. to determine the active ingredients relative to crop yield or identification of pollutants. Agglomerates are reduced to 2 mm grain size, e.g. as per the sewage
sludge code or DIN 19683.
Method of operation
Agglomerated soil samples are crushed by the combined forces of impact and friction. Rotating spiral nylon brushes in a cylindrical grinding chamber gently deagglomerates the sample, simultaneously conveying the sample along a 2 mm perforated plate within the chamber. The processed sample is collected in a container at the base of the mill, whilst larger components (stones, glass, wood, etc.) are retained and finally separated out at the end of the grinding chamber.

ProNC2 is the last generation of part programming and management created by VERNET BEHRINGER Company. It is developed for 32 bits environment like Microsoft„µ Windows„µ 9x, 2000 and Xp and uses SQL databases.
ProNc32 is used for manual programming through a column per face mode and a graphic mode. The Import/Export function with the most current format file (D.S.T.V, APROMAV.DAT, *.PNF, *.CAM,¡K) makes easier the data exchanges between computers which have a software enabled to read the same format file.
The configuration of the databases in Client/Server allows a full sharing of the data and a better production following.
Data contained in ProNC2 software is transmitted towards the PLC driving the machine trough the machine driver which has either a RS232 type PC Serial link, either a software link, makes it possible to visualize at all times the state of the machine using a default table, making maintenance more efficient.

Flexure guided piezo stage positioners are used in a variety of applications from semiconductor manufacturing to precision machining.
PI introduced the first line of piezoelectric actuators more than 35 years ago. The technology's unique features such as: responsiveness; stiffness; life time and infinite resolution, have opened many markets since then, from semiconductor testing to precision machining. piezosystem jen's new nano-positioning stages of the series nanoX work in a bidirectional active manner. Hence, these elements are well equipped for fast dynamic applications combined with an excellent guiding accuracy even at high mass loads.
What does this mean? Due to the inability of the smca (stacked multilayer ceramic actuator) to generate pull forces, state-of-the-art piezoelectric driven nanopositioning actuators show different kinds of behavior depending on the sense of direction of their stroke. Hence, the resulting forces in the push direction are determined by the high force generation of the actively controlled scma. The pull force is determined by the weak spring reset force of the passive acting flexure hinges. Both result in a push/pull-force ratio of up to 10. The dynamical performance, load capacity and robustness of the whole nanopositioning assembly are limited by the behavior of the weaker sense of direction.
Psj's new sophisticated gear design operates in a bidirectional active manner which reduces the push/pull-force ratio to up to approx. 1:1 (without affecting the trajectory). Both stroke vectors of the nanopositioning stage are controlled by the high pressure force generation of the smca's.
