The Scimitar range has been built to meet stringent requirements and is corrosion resistant for durable outdoor and indoor use.
The switches are contained within a common stainless steel SF6 filled tank with the fuses mounted in air above the gas chamber. Each fuse is sealed against external influences and locked into its own chamber upon insertion. The units can be extensible for direct connection to form multiple plan switchboards without the need to access the gas chambers or for extra cabling.

CTA 40 HS TOOL CHANGER WITH RING MAGAZINE
The automatic tool changer type CTA 40 HS could be easily apply to different tool machines: vertical or horizontal tool machining centers, milling machines, transfer machines, lathes and special machines.
It fits to tools with cone HSK 50 and HSK 63 or capto C5 and C6. It could be assembled to our standard tool changer type HTC 140, VTC 40 and CUT 41 with gripper arm type BP 41.
The bushing motion is realized through a patented system without chains or belts, which needs regular checks and maintenance. The system operates using a precision reducer with servo motor.
Its main characteristic is that the selected tool bushing could be overturn either in the straight part or in the curve.
Another project permits the extraction of the selected tool through a transfer. |

SR series: standard build slew ring winches
The standard build SR type winch provides the basis of the solution to many pulling and lifting winch applications. The winch is constructed with a slew ring in a combination with 3 or more planetary drives and motors. With this range capacities can go up to 75 tonnes lifting capacity.
Although the name of this winch indicates different, these winches are very suitable to fit to your specific winch application. Several options can be offered on these highly versatile winches. Prices and drawings can be obtained upon request.

Complementary to the popular and proven PRT Ring Slides & Track System, DTS is a fully integrated belt-driven track system, and includes a couple of ingenious features amongst its many 'reduced engineering' attributes.
Available in either rectangular or oval format and in two rail sizes (25 and 44), DTS can be supplied as a stand-alone unit in conjunction with the MCS Machine Construction System, or as a sub-assembly on its own bespoke mounting plate. A steel-reinforced timing belt drives an unlimited number of carriages via adjustable pulleys under either continuous or intermittent motion.
Optional features include the Trip Latch mechanism, which disengages the drive from individual carriages which may become impeded, saving the system from damage. Also the Carriage Locking System will be particularly useful during intermittent motion. It locks any number of carriages into a fixed and repeatable position for further operations to take place.
A range of control and sensing operations are available, and the system may be specified with a plain output shaft, fitted AC Geared Motors, or a range of gearboxes for customers' own motors to be added.
