V505-3 Punching & shearing system
Due to both punching units of the V505-3 being fitted with a triple punch station this angle line is a very flexible system. The V505-3 is highly recommended for producing angle steel especially for transmission towers. For the positioning of angles the V505-3 is, just like the V505-1, executed with a measuring system with feeder rolls. The features of this measuring system include a high positioning speed and an unlimited processed outfeed length.

The automatic plate systems are suitable to process heavy steel plates with a thickness up to 40 mm.
The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside.

The Voortman punching and shearing lines are mainly used by structural steel fabricators producing plates, fittings and angle steel parts.
The punching and shearing lines are equipped with as standard a punching unit with four punches and a flat steel shear with +/- 45º mitre cutting.
As additional extras the production line can be provided with an angle steel shear, a horizontal punching machine, a numbering unit and a drilling unit coupled with many other optional extras.
For the automatic processing of angles used in the manufacture of electrical transmission towers, diagonal trusses and connecting angle braces Voortman developed the angle line. The basic machine consists of two hydraulic punching machines and a hydraulic angle steel shear. Several options, such as a numbering unit can be added to the system.

The TIPO B machines are designed to comply with the different requirements when automatically processing in one cycle large plates and medium/high thicknesses, ensuring high quality, precision, productivity and flexibility. These lines are flexible CNC centers capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industry requiring flat components in steel for their particular needs. Besides punching and plasma cutting units, daisy wheel marking unit, drilling/milling head, automatic tool changer , oxy-cutting unit and automatic unloading devices are also available. This shearing/punching machine is used to cut and drill two standard 6.5 x 13mm holes in a single operation. The blade or the punches can be quickly removed to transform the machine into either a simple punching or shearing machine.

X5 – Solid Punching Technology by FINN-POWER
FINN-POWER X series machines are the affordable way to have a real FINN-POWER.
The background of FINN-POWER's new X5 turret punch press is pioneering experience in hydraulic punching since 1983. Featuring modern industrial design, it continues our modular engineering tradition, where the basic package is already full of features and some options can be equipped now or later through retrofits.
Reliable and productive punching capacity
The X5 is compact and easy to install. Its rigid ”O” frame ensures optimum tool alignment when nibbling or punching with high force.
The hydraulic punch stroke is digitally controlled. It allows different punch modes, stepless punch speed and position programming.Working area is 1,250 mm x 2,500 mm without repositioning.
The turret has a total of 20 tool stations. Seventeen (17) tool holders have been specified, and three (3) are free for customer selection. Index or Multi-Tools® can be chosen. The turret has 29 tools as standard, and the number can be expanded by adding Multi-Tool® stations.
Nibbling speeds up to 600 hpm are available; index rotation speed is 133 rpm max. Maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm and sheet weight 200 kg. Two sheet clamps with central locking are standard.
The machine tables are equipped with brush top. Sheet loading is easy due to two optimally placed gauge pins and a moving table which can be locked to five different positions.
The precision of the X5 meets FINN-POWER's stringent LKP 7100 factory standard.

Multicyl offers both short and long stroke cylinders which are designed for the hole punching application as well as standard cages which are designed to accept all the standard models of unitized tooling used commonly throughout industry.

Multicyl offers a series of cylinders and cages which are designed to provide an affordable, safe, and efficient production option for tube notching. With few exceptions, tube notching is usually performed with a short stroke Multicyl powering tooling with an internal mandrel which punches from the inside out. Although many notch profiles are possible to punch with a Multicyl system, by far the most common is the right angled cope notch in either round or shaped tubing. The most popular way to achieve this is to use standard two hit notch tooling which is available from Multicyl or most unitized tool shops.
Combining this type of tooling into a Multicyl system creates a work station
in which the operator first notches one side then inverts the tube to notch the opposite side. The speed and simplicity of Multicyl allows the operator
to complete the part in about 4 seconds.
In cases where the part volumes are high we can offer a second tube notching alternative; the double notch system. This notching option uses a tooling system designed for use specifically with Multiyl and is custom built to suit each application. Similar to the double tube punch application, this system uses set-up of opposing Multicyls which are cycled together producing the finished part in one machine cycle, or about 2-3 seconds.

The SpeedPunch punching center from coil closes the gap between hard tools and punching/nibbling machines. It offers blinding speed combined with maximum flexibility.
The SpeedPunch comes with punching cassettes that can be loaded with thick turret tools in sizes A thru D. A total of 27 tools can be loaded in the cassette at a time. The coil material can be up to 500 mm wide and the line is able to process coil material from 0.5 mm up to 2 mm thickness.
In addition to the 1200 strokes per minute for nibbling there are three other factors for high-speed production. First, all axes are driven with two times the earth's gravitational acceleration. Second, the punching cylinder with 150 kN punching force can reach each tool within milliseconds. All tools are in a ready position at all times. Tool change time therefore is nearly zero.
Third, the material moves in one direction only. The tools and also the punching cylinder move to the programmed punching position in a fraction of a second and fires the punching stroke. In the perfect interaction of highest accelerations, fastest tool change and optimal material handling the SpeedPunch offers an amazing amount of features and benefits to the end user.
