Due to both punching units of the V505-3 being fitted with a triple punch station this angle line is a very flexible system. The V505-3 is highly recommended for producing angle steel especially for transmission towers. For the positioning of angles the V505-3 is, just like the V505-1, executed with a measuring system with feeder rolls. TWIN is a punching line with hydraulic units, two opposing heads and adjustable stroke. TWIN punches tubes up to 9000 mm.
Its ring structure avoids flexures, achieving a high accuracy and granting a long life of the tooling.
TWIN grants a growth in production by the high punching speed, the very fast feeder and the quick lock tooling. It can punch blind and through holes on two pipes at the same time; it can also work with a single head and punch both the edges of the tubes.
If needed, TWIN can be equipped with an automatic loading and unloading bar magazine with manipulators and pneumatic or mechanical ejection of the scraps.

The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside.

The Voortman punching and shearing lines are mainly used by structural steel fabricators producing plates, fittings and angle steel parts.
The punching and shearing lines are equipped with as standard a punching unit with four punches and a flat steel shear with +/- 45º mitre cutting.

It is a hydraulic punching unit simplified with a robust closed-ring formed structure in steel. This machine can punch tubular, profiles and flat bars of medium thickness.
It can punch up to a diameter of 50 mm and it can make blind and through punches.

The modular is a new punching line, for tubes and metal profiles, with numerical control. This machine has the opportunity to assemble from one up to four hydraulic heads and punch holders. HEADER TUBE PUNCHING MACHINE :
The Header Tube Punching Machine is hydraulically operated and is suitable for punching holes in copper tubes. The center distance of the holes is 25.4mm. Each hole is punched by pressing the button located on the carriage. After every punching stroke, air is blown through the mandrel to blow out the punched blank. The tube clamp can be rotated to punch holes at different angular positions. The carriage houses the tube clamping assembly and this carriage is locked in position by a mechanical arrangement during the punching operation.

The SpeedPunch punching center from coil closes the gap between hard tools and punching/nibbling machines. It offers blinding speed combined with maximum flexibility.
The SpeedPunch comes with punching cassettes that can be loaded with thick turret tools in sizes A thru D. A total of 27 tools can be loaded in the cassette at a time. The coil material can be up to 500 mm wide and the line is able to process coil material from 0.5 mm up to 2 mm thickness.
In addition to the 1200 strokes per minute for nibbling there are three other factors for high-speed production. First, all axes are driven with two times the earth's gravitational acceleration. Second, the punching cylinder with 150 kN punching force can reach each tool within milliseconds. All tools are in a ready position at all times. Tool change time therefore is nearly zero.
Third, the material moves in one direction only. The tools and also the punching cylinder move to the programmed punching position in a fraction of a second and fires the punching stroke. CNC Turret Punching Machine
For higher volume production, many sheet metal processes can be carried out on a CNC machine for lower cost and higher repeatability.
With CNC turret punching, the material is automatically fed into the CNC turret punching machine and positioned very accurately under the punch. The CNC turret punch can be loaded with an array of different tools which are changed automatically by the tool changer.
