The Fabricator XRP is a complete plate processing system combining the very best cutting, marking, drilling and milling technologies. The TIPO B machines are designed to comply with the different requirements when automatically processing in one cycle large plates and medium/high thicknesses, ensuring high quality, precision, productivity and flexibility. These lines are flexible CNC centers capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industry requiring flat components in steel for their particular needs. Besides punching and plasma cutting units, daisy wheel marking unit, drilling/milling head, automatic tool changer , oxy-cutting unit and automatic unloading devices are also available. The plate positioning is granted by two carriages with pincher assuring high precision even when heavy plates are processed.

The automatic plate systems are suitable to process heavy steel plates with a thickness up to 40 mm.
The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside.

VP machines cover all machining operations: marking, punching, drilling and shearing.
The high-pressure system (400 bars) reduces production times and currently makes it possible to attain production rates of more than 1,000 operations per hour. Punching machines incorporate NC backmarking. The number (2 to 6) of punching units and the related power (50 to 93 tons) vary according to the size of the angle sections to work and the number of different diameters in each flange. The single-cut type shear (from 160 to 500 tons) prevents loss of metal and distortion. Blades do not need to be changed.

AUTORADIAL
AUTORADIAL offers a range of facing heads with automatic feed and a rapid return of the tool slide without having to stop or reverse the spindle of the machine tool.
