The moving sheet on X Y axes on a stainless with roller balls type table by clamps can be cut as sensitive as required contour by servo motorized automatic height adjusted torch at plasma unit after being processed by perforating and/or forming operations at punch unit. It realizes cutting and perforating processes at high speed and accuracy, and has the capability aimed at mass production. An alternative cutting process in comparison to other high cost cuttings. Furthermore the production period will be shortened on these kind combined workbenches because the worksheet will not be taken apart and transferred to different workbenches.

The new Pullmatic 720 Laser integrates laser technology and hydraulic punching. With a combination of Laser cutting, punching, forming and tapping the possibilities will be endless. GC1145
High performance in tough operations
Grade GC1145 adds performance to tough parting and grooving applications. With high edge toughness and superior wear resistance, tool life or cutting speed can be gained in difficult parting operations in stainless steels. Up to 300% tool life has been experienced in customer tests against competitor products.

GC1145 has improved edge line security. The cutting edge resists chipping and stays intact for longer time in cut. With GC1145, it is safe to go down an insert width, when cutting off and economize material.
A typical application for GC1145 is cutting off stainless steel bars. When the speed drops, in the centre of the bar, GC1145 resists chipping thanks to its toughness.
In interrupted cuts, GC1145 handles higher cutting speeds than comparable grades, without losing tool life.
Grade description
GC1145 combines submicron cemented carbide with a strengthening PVD oxide coating. The result is a grade which combines high edge toughness with wear resistance.

CoroCut 3 brings a third cutting edge to the shallow parting of tubes, bars and grooving operations. The extremely small parting widths in 2,0, 1,5 and 1,0 mm facilitates will reduce the raw material usage considerably.
The insert is held securely by a unique clamping solution ensuring accurate location and easy to use. This in combination with very tight indexing tolerances will produce workpieces with very close length tolerances.

The IM DB Beam Drilling / Sawing Line is a low cost system ideal for the smaller steel fabricator. With options of a single rotating spindle or two spindles this machine gives real production at a realistic price. A straight or mitre cutting bandsaw can be installed either back to back or split from the drill.
With the Single Rotating Spindle both the web and flange of a beam can be drilled in one setting giving it a significant advantage over other low cost beam drilling lines.
