Simple and Intuitive Interfacing guides the user and gives status prompts and alerts together with online diagnostics and network data retrieval. The adjustable single-panel touch screen is simple to navigate and control. Fraction tracking is managed by a real-time color display with peak-to-tube and tray correlation making it easy to choose the right fractions for workup.
Plug-n-Play Interaction incorporates automated solid or liquid sample loading, auto-air purge of spent cartridges, and a self-cleaning injection valve. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) recognizes Reveleris™ cartridges and auto populates cartridge, flow rate, and run-time parameters for ideal separations. Fraction trays, also equipped with RFID tags and optical sensors, trigger run pausing upon removal giving continuous access to fractions for post-run analysis.
Compact Ergonomic Design features a small footprint that fits easily into a standard fume hood. The 12" tilt screen is fully adjustable to accommodate variable viewing heights and easy access to solvents. Cartridges and service panels are conveniently located in the front of the system.
Enhanced Solvent Flexibility delivers binary gradient functionality with four solvent selection, extended reservoir capacity, and chromophoric solvent capability. Solvent management is simplified by automatic waste level and leak detection. Simultaneously purge solvent lines for rapid solvent switching. Solvent safety features include anti-static solvent lines, cartridge pressure sensing, and auto-flow stop if the collection tray is removed.

Hydrogen Coolant Purifiers - HCP
The HCP is a self-contained system that dries and purifies the hydrogen gas that is used as a coolant in electrical power plant generators. It removes water, oil and other contaminants that cause corrosion and cracking in retaining and zone rings, lead carbonate formation, increased windage losses and other potentially catastrophic consequences.
Legendary Select Series or Century Series control valves feature stainless steel internal parts designed specifically for desiccant dryer service and tested to 500,000 cycles, bubble-tight.
Switching valves and gas-tight blower are vented to prevent formation of dangerous air-hydrogen mixtures.
Welded stainless steel piping minimizes threaded connections, reducing potential leaks.
Complete instrumentation monitors the system for operation outside of specifications.
Potted conduit seals isolate electrical controls from hydrogen.
High temperature heater shutdown prevents excessive operating temperature.
Pre-installed PPC Series pleated particulate filters protect downstream equipment.

General description
LAB PURITY KIT The Lab Purity Kit (KT-1000-0034) provides users of HOGEN® GC and S Series hydrogen generators the means to assure high hydrogen quality (dewpoint) and an uninterrupted supply for their critical process.
The Lab Purity Kit is a panel-mounted assembly comprised of a user connection manifold, pressure reducing regulator, gas-monitoring dewpoint sensor, backup desiccant bed column, gas filter, controls, alarm relay, and a three-way gas diverter valve.
How it Works:
The lab purity kit is installed upstream of the user's process. If the dewpoint monitor senses moisture in the hydrogen in excess of the control set point, a three-way valve diverts the gas to the user's hydrogen vent system. As an extra measure, a desiccant column captures any trace moisture before it reaches the end user. If desired, the user may connect a backup hydrogen supply to a port provided on the kit. This provides uninterrupted hydrogen flow in the event of any hydrogen generator purity or operational upset.

When process biogas into a renewable energy known as biomethane, Xebec’s BGX solutions handle the job with ease. Featuring ruggedness and reliability, these compact, easily installed systems purify gas streams to meet stringent quality specifications for pipeline natural gas and vehicle fuel. For biogas streams such as landfill gas and digester gas, our PSA systems are designed to operate reliably with low minimal maintenance.
ADVANTAGES OF FAST-CYCLE PSA TECHNOLOGY
Xebec’s fast-cycle PSA technology is based on the company's hydrogen product platform but modified to remove CO2 from low quality methane streams. BGX solutions combine patented Xebec rotary valve technology with conventional beaded adsorbents, and operate with approximately one-minute cycles compared to three-to-five minutes per cycle for conventional PSA systems. Our fast-cycle systems require only a fraction of the space of conventional PSAs. Our simple, compact and reliable technology also has significant advantages over membrane and amine systems for the removal of CO2 from methane.
BGX Solutions Advantages:
* Utilizes Xebec’s proven rotary valve technology
* Efficiency through advanced 6 bed or 9 bed PSA cycles
* Capable of producing pipeline or CNG grade methane
* Fully skid mounted and up to 1/10th smaller than conventional PSA systems
* High reliability in an economical platform design

Helium, a scarce non-renewable gas, is used in the production of fiber-optic equipment and semiconductors. Other industrial uses of helium include optoelectronics, laser welding, cold gas spraying, chemical processing and leak detection.
Rising demand and declining reserves of Helium have led to dramatic increases in the helium price, intensifying the market for helium recovery systems. Helium recovery is used when the gas is required for, but not used up in an industrial process or system. In the production of optical fiber, the cooling rate and the quality of the product can be dramatically impacted if a less-than-effective helium recovery system is used.
With today's high helium prices, the XEBEC He-3200 makes compelling bottom line sense. This compact, economical system efficiently recovers high-purity helium from contaminated off-gas streams. Fully skid-mounted and configurable for a range of sizes and market applications, the He-3200 is easily installed in almost any setting, offering a quick payback and ongoing returns.
The XEBEC He-3200 is based on the company's H-3200 product platform, modified to remove impurities from Helium. The He-3200 combines patented rotary valve technology and conventional beaded adsorbents with an optimized PSA cycle to deliver higher
hydrogen recovery performance than conventional PSA systems. The XEBEC He-3200 requires only one-quarter of the space of conventional PSA and, with only two valves, is simpler to operate. The He-3200 provides a compact, economical solution for the recovery and recycling of helium in leak testing, metals deposition processes and fiber-optic and semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

H2X solutions have minimal pressure drop, remarkable uptime performance, and simple installation and operation. While occupying a fraction of the footprint of conventional systems, our PSA systems have earned a reputation for easy, flexible installation and problem-free, economical performance.
DESIGNED WITH LEADING HYDROGEN PURIFICATION EFFICIENCY
Fully skid mounted and factory loaded with adsorbents, these PSA systems are available in a range of sizes and market applications, and has proven itself in quality and the lowest of ownership at numerous installations in Asia, North America, and Europe.

The Graver Lamella design assures laminar flow conditions that result in hydraulic uniformity and high effluent quality. It permits great reduction in the space needed for clarification equipment, and allows the compact equipment to be located indoors if desired, or to be easily relocated at a later date. It also makes point-source treatment not only feasible, but logical for many applications.
A lamella is a piece of equipment that utilizes inclined plate clarification sedimentation to separate solids from the water and clarify the water. The lamella is composed of a series of removable parallel plates commonly referred to as "lamella plates".
