Pushbuttons are switching devices which close and open electrical circuits. Actuators suppliers and contact chambers of pushbuttons are always integrated into one product (as opposed to control units). The "LUMOTAST" product families also include signal lamps, keylock and selector switches which are compatible with the pushbuttons in design and technology.

The Series 59 Maintained Action switches are manufactured from PBT and are available in seven different button colours. The switches are panel sealed to IP67 and have an operating temperature range of -40 to +105 degrees C. The Series 59 is a range of miniature, momentary action, rugged, IP67 rated, panel sealed pushbutton switches. The series is available with square or round bezel versions, with or without LED status illumination.
A choice of body material is provided of either a non-spark zinc alloy or a hard wearing moulded PBT plastic.
The small size of the switch, its robustness and panel sealing make it ideal for use in harsh environments.
The mechanical life of the switch is 1,000,000 cycles (max), with an electrical life of 500,000 cycles (min).
Operating temperature range is -35 to +85 degrees C.
Panel thickness required is a minimum of 1.5mm to a maximum of 3.0mm. |

The 76-94 Series has been designed to cover a wide range of harsh environmental applications and is available in 3 styles, push-button, rotary and panel lamp.
The complete range is panel sealed to IP67 and due to the construction and the materials used, are all capable of surviving the impact of a 5kg mass dropped from 40cm.
All the bezels and the actuators manufacturers of the push-buttons and rotaries are made from a non-sparking zinc alloy.

The Series 49-59 is a range of momentary action, IP67 rated, pushbutton switches. The range consistes of both fully-sealed and panel sealed versions.
The flying lead version of the professional switch fits neatly into a 8mm thick (max) panel.
Held in position by a snap-fit retaining mechanism, the microswitch version has a maximum current rating of 10A and the advantage of SPDT-DB contacts to cover all circuit requirements.
The Series is available with a choice of round or square bezels and with or without status illumination. The body and button are manufactured from hard-wearing PBT.

Series 76-95: A range of front and rear mounting, stainless steel switches. Rated to IP67. The switches are based on the ITW Series 16 snap-action microswitch. Connections are made via the solder terminals at the rear of the professional switch. |
