The Keyswitch consists of a 2NO/2NC contact arrangement which is wired into the machine circuits. Removal of the key selects machine stop at the end of a run down cycle. When the electro magnet had been energised within the AutoLok, or AmLok access can be gained. The operator takes the safety key into the hazardous area preventing inadvertent restart of the machinery.

GE ML Disconnects are a turn for the better because they eliminate all the unnecessary complexion in selection, ordering and application.
The ML disconnects are UL508 manually operated horse power rated IEC disconnect switches available in 5 amperage frames from 25A through 125A. Mounting options include front (flush) mounting, either central or 4 hole, and rear mounting - on a panel or Din track, with or without a hinged professional door. Switches may be ordered as open or enclosed (3 through 6 pole with or without 1 NO/1NC auxillary contacts).

Honeywell's Hobbs key switches are custom engineered, environmentally sealed, sliding contact switches. They can be designed to match existing keys or to use a six tumbler mechanism with up to 300 unique key combinations. The stainless steel keyhole shroud and keyhole dust shutter contribute to the durability of the assembly while O-rings protect the contact and rotor assembly from moisture and contamination.
Key switches can be used in off-highway, material handling or any other application where environmental specifications must be met. They have been tested for temperature, vibration, dust, cycling, humidity, pressure wash and salt fog and mount into a 22,10 mm (0.87 in) hole in panels 3,81 mm to 6,35 mm (0.15 in to 0.25 in) thick. |

Ultra-precision switches, "MT-Touch Sensor"
The name "MT-Touch Sensor" came from M (METROL) and T (TOYOTA).
The precision switch was co-invented more than 20 years ago at the request for high durability and accuracy in car manufacturing lines.
The MT-Touch Sensor can show tremendous repetitive accuracy as a mechanical switch. The repetitive accuracy for the signal point is 0.0005mm (1/2 micron).
The mechanical concept of the MT-Touch Sensor applies to tool setters.
IP67 protection allows operation in harsh environments.
They are widely used not only in automobile industry but also in many other industries. |
