With our new Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder with piston-catching, we make the palletizing asier and quicker.
• No search of drilling
• No damage of zero point drilling and nipples
• No risk of injury
Releasing and taking out of the pallet, take place still faster and simpler, because of the linking with the professional crane which is not more necessary during the release phase
Thanks to the speed of pelletizing, you reduce considerably your pelletizing period and consequently your costs.

Zeropoint Quickclamping professional cylinder with release and contact controls for automatised solutions
3 possibilities of monitoring:
- Pneumatic monitoring:
Function of blowing out by compressed air for the cleanliness of support surfaces. After the installation of the pallet of workpieces, it occurs in the pressure line a dynamic pressure, of which this one could be detected by the mean of a pressure sensor manufacturer.
- Electric monitoring:
Direct position monitoring of the clamping piston in the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder by the mean of an inductive detector. Electric signal when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is clamped. Small height necessary for the assembling like for the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinders K5 (19,8 mm) and K40 (42 mm).
- Hydraulic monitoring:
Monitoring of the clamping piston by a hydraulic closure cock. Dynamic pressure when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is opened, which can be detected by mean of a pressure sensor. Free hydr. flow when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is closed. Despite a hydraulic sensor, only small height for assembling is necessary. |

The media duct of Zero.Point.Systems® is with a very simple mechanism and integrable in any cylinders of Zero.Point.Systems®. The media ducts goal is to transfer any fluids (water, hydr., oil) or gases, from pallet to pallet.
The opening of the media duct is mechanically and automatically during the starting release of the cylinder and inversely during the unrelease of the cylinder, the media ducts is simultaneously closed.
