2RL and 3RL Ring Lock Pneumatic Couplings
This Ring-Lock Quick-Connect One-Way Coupling has a unique interchange which Hansen designed for use with compressed air. It features a high-flow capacity and ring lock to prevent accidental disconnection when the hose is dragged on the ground. With the easy to use design, you simply push to connect and rotate the sleeve to disconnect. Optional seal materials and dust caps and dust plugs are available.

W-10000 Series Fluid Couplings
This two-way series is a thread together, minimal spillage, minimal inclusion coupling designed for refrigeration, air conditioning, gas and liquid transfer applications. The dry break design minimizes fluid loss and air inclusion and the threaded connection permits connecting and disconnecting under pressure. This series interchanges with refrigerant coupling that exist on the market and are available in brazed or threaded end connections. The male half can be bulkhead mounted. Accessories include 37º (JIC) adapters in steel; braze adapters; O-rings for adapters; and dust caps and dust plugs.

24 KA series
Durable, single hand quick connect coupling made of brass. The sealed sleeve prevents dirt from reaching the internal parts. The construction is based on the 26 series, which has proven its worth many times over the years and can be used for a multitude of applications.
Advantages: Single hand operation and a multitude of connecting options.
Applications: Air tools, automotive, compressed air, mechanical engineering, compressors.
Working Pressure: PB = 35 bar, maximum static working pressure with safety factor of 4 to1.

One touch fittings
The so called "Nut Fittings" are designed with a nozzle whose shape guarantees the tubing perfect tightness simply by finger tightening the nut.
The MC range includes some swivelling fittings that after the assembling can freely swivel. The big advantage of this line is that the connected tube is allowed a 360° rotation on the fixing axle.
All MC fittings are brass nickel-plated.

225 KL series
The 225 KL coupling system was developed for the chemical and beverage industries for filling and draining containers. There is no leakage loss whatsoever during the connecting as well as the disconnecting process. The EPDM seals conform to the FDA regulations.
Advantages
High flow rates, easy to clean, simple to dismantle, moving parts are encapsulated and external to the product flow. The screwed connection allows manual connection even at a pressure of 4 bar.

Pharmaceutical, food and beverage.
Working Pressure: PB = 16 bar, maximum static working pressure with safety factor of 4 to1.

The "quick couplings" of the 1000 series have been studied into their dimensional structure (thickness and dimensions) as well as their main characteristic (the fitting cone with its unique barb shape) in order to satisfy the requirements of the field of work, that is pneumatic plant.
The compression cone with its unique barb shape ensures a good grip on the tube even if the nut is tightened by hand.
In this range of remarkable interest are the fittings called "Swivel", they satisfy the most varied and complicated assembly requirements as it is possible to turn the bodies at 360 degrees compared to the bases.

Push to connect fittings in composite (POM)
Our automatic MB fittings are made of a polymer belonging to the acetal resins. The technical features of this polymer make this fitting line stiff, corrosion and fatigue resistent, and allow for dimensional stability, all characteristics necessary to bridge the gap between metal fittings and an ordinary plastic fitting line.
The functioning principle of the MB is the same as our Push-in’s therefore enabling quick, manual connection and disconnection with calibrated hoses at any stage of the pneumatic circuit. The inner Oring and the stainless steel grip allow for the tube to be held captive and for the pneumatic tightness. When the tube is pushed to the bottom of the fitting, the stainless steel collet grips onto it and the tube is held captive. It is then enough to press on the release ring to set the tube free from the fitting.

Imperial Push to connect fittings (NPT /Inch)
The PN is our “Automatic push-in fitting line” with NPT threads and INCH tube diameters. This line enables several quick connections and disconnections with calibrated plastic hoses at any time, at any stage of the pneumatic circuit and by simple hand movement.
The connection and the fitting tightness are made possible by the presence of a stainless steeI gripper and an ORING inside of the fitting so that once the tube is inserted to the bottom of the fitting, the stainless steel collet grips onto it and prevents it from being released. The tube disconnection is then made possible by pushing onto the outer metal ring called the release ring.
All PN fittings are brass nickel-plated.
