We have focused our attention on researching the simplest and most standardised design and production methods with the aim of making production even faster and delivery times even shorter.
The high power to weight ratio of all units, combined with low volume, enables perfect installation in the most critical situations. One of main features of this range of gear units is the great versatility of applications and mounting, in terms of both position and fixing on site.
New concepts have been used to improve the noise level in a consistent way, by grinding all gears sets, both the helical and the Gleason spiral bevel type gears.
Because of higher capacity, particular consideration has been given to efficiency and housing surface area to guarantee a convenient heat dissipation in most cases.

T series spiral bevel gearbox overview:
- T series spiral bevel gearbox with various types are standardized. Average efficiency is 98%.
- There are one input shaft, two input shafts, unilateral output shaft and double side output shaft.
- Spiral bevel gear can rotate in both directions and transmit smoothly, low noise, light vibration, high performance.
- If ratio is not 1:1, if input speed on single-extendalbe shaft, out put speed will be reduced; if input speed on double-exfendable shaft, output speed will be reduced.

The patented “BOX” series is made with aluminium housing from size 25 up to 90.
The housing has been designed with parametric CAD SW supported by programs of analysis of the thermal dissipation capacity and the structural resistance/deformation under the effect of working loads.
The wormshaft is made in case hardened steel and ground machined, while the worm wheel is in shell cast bronze. Before being assembled, the worm wheel is submitted to a running-in working period to improve the surface finishing and hardness.
From type 63 and up, 2 taper roller bearings are mounted on the wormshaft.
The combination of this characteristic and 2 nilos permits the mounting of the whole BOX range, from the size 25 to the size 110, in the positions V5 and V6 without any need of additional interventions
The gear unit is equipped with a full set of filler, level and breather plugs, permitting all mounting positions and facilitating the management of the stock.
The sizes 25 up to 90 are supplied with long-life synthetic oil and they don’t require any maintenance
Mating surfaces are machined for a perfect planarity
A paint coat cancels the negative effects of the aluminium porosity and protects the housing from oxidation

NMRV Series Worm Gear Reducers
