ELYTRA develops and industrializes systems of power supply for used movable talents in the iron and steel, metallurgical, agro-alimentary industry, wastebaskets, ports, terminals, mines, theaters, etc.
ELYTRA designs and makes coilers from 1963 with a range of coilers manuals, to motorized means and with system of magnetic coupling. Within the manufacture range coilers for power supply, pneumatic, hydraulic are constructed and of data transmission through optical fiber. This range of manufacture goes from the smallest model with drum of 200mm of diameter, to the greatest drum with 7 ms of diameter.
The cables and hoses used for the manufacture of our coilers are specific for each one of the applications that they ask for to us, as much for high speeds, minimum radios of curvature and great tractions, with a reduced outer diameter.
For the transmission of energy of the fixed part to the moving body specific collectors for each type of transmission are used. A all this accompanied by the suitable accessories for each type of application, obtaining major and better durability of the equipment.

An ample range of COILERS TO MEANS that cover any necessity with electrical feeding or, pneumatically or hydraulically to hand tools, or to prolong the life of cables, to assure the security the people and its conditions of work, until the feeding of industrial movable equipment of small and median power.
Our coilers to means are used for mechanical factories or movable automobiles, theaters, bridge-crane, porches, tables, arms and stairs by telescope, elevating elevators, cars, electromagnets, etc.
All the coilers are robust, made in steel plate and their means guarantee a functionality of up to 100,000 maneuvers.
We as much have models standard of coilers mounted with different cables in length, section and number of conductors who cover an ample range with the necessity of the client. We also provide to models of coilers to size with different cables or hoses based on each element to feed.
The power supplies can as much be of power or control, or compound since the equipped coiler this of collectors trained by modular elements, securing a great number of phases of transmission. When one is feedings of fluid the coiler is provided with a specific rotating meeting for each application, based on the own fluid, volume and pressure.

The shown Payoff is motorized and able to pay off wires from spools of Ø 80 - 200 mm. It is built as a modulus design unit with transparent shielding and working-signal light.
The winding speed is controlled by dancer and adapted to the following working process. The tension is adjusted by spring load of the dancer.

TRPE series
This is a reference item for coiling smooth PE pipes: all the peculiarities of this kind of pipes have been spotted and fixed with state-of-the-art technical solutions. Each automatic coiler of the TR PE series allow to coil the widest range of pipes available in the market, keeping the optimum reel dimensions according to the standards. By using two strapping machines, high production output are achieved, also with short coil lengths. E.g.: reels of 25m to 120m/min can be obtained with irrigation pipes; PEX pipes can be coiled at 180m/min in 100m reels (off line). The frame is robust and stiff, designed to cope with high speeds.

TR Drum series
Available as take-up or pay-off station for metal, wooden or plastic drums
Highly versatile, this machine can help the most different needs: it is available as single or double versions and may be used as a take-up with pipe guides and cutting device or as a pay-off, with fixed or variable drum sizes. The users can also choose the most suitable version: automatic or semiautomatic pipe clamping. The selection includes recoiling lines to increase the efficiency of the final pipe packing. These systems can be used with steel, wooden or plastic drums.

Our coiling and decoiling reels covers a wide range of applications in the sheet metal proccesing. According to the needs and wishes we produce different reels. The maximum strip width is 2000 mm and the maximum strip thickness 7 mm. The loading capacity goes up to 25 t.
Base frames of decoilers are manufactured as rugged welded constructions. The internal and external diameters of the coils are aligned to norm. There are various possibilities of braking and drive modes.
The spreading is operated hydraulically by shuffled cotters. Decoilers with low capacities are partially operated by bell-crank lever systems.
