| Vortex CoolersTM from ITW Vortec keep electrical cabinets and control panels cool, clean and protected. An affordable, maintenance-free alternative to air conditioners, the easy-to-install Coolers have no moving parts to wear out. Vortex Coolers incorporate vortex tube technology that uses filtered compressed air to produce a refrigerated air stream distributed throughout the enclosure. Unlike fans that pull in hot, dirty air, the enclosure Coolers maintain a light positive pressure inside the cabinet to effectively seal out the surrounding contamination, heat and humidity that can wreak havoc on sensitive electronic controls. Refrigerated air produced by the vortex tube enters the cabinet while hot air is expelled through a relief valve. Models are available to deliver up to 5000 BTUH of refrigeration. The UL-listed enclosure cooler systems are thermostatically controlled and are available in NEMA 12, 4 and 4X rated models. |

COMMON FEATURES
Specifically developed for mounting on the wall or door of
electronic enclosures, the air conditioners cover a cooling
capacity range from 330W to 4000W.
Common to all models is the “Selfcleaning” condenser coil which remove the necessity of the air filter, avoiding the ordinary maintenance.
Most models are equipped with Condensate Dissipator (from EVE11).
The standard control is electromechanical, and as option an electronic
one (EBB). |

BPR retention Pallet Tray
NEW: The BPR is also available in 400L and 200L versions.
The retention pallet tray is made of steal and has been designed for the storage and outside decanting of liquid products that may contaminate the ground. This tray has been clearly studied to offer a secured use on the building and civil engineering sites. The BPR can store a 1000L container or two 200L barrels, or several barrels with a total capacity under 1080L, to comply with the actual legislation.

Flat surface for a 1000L container or several tanks.
Barrel support on rollers with a latch system for two 200L tanks.
- 1 lower shelf to facilitate and secure the decanting of the products.
