JULABO Refrigerators for chemicals are particularly for cooling and storing hazardous substances. They provide self-protecting control circuits and a compressor overheating protection.
Ease of operation
The control unit may be attached anywhere on the front or rear of the refrigerator and features:
- digital display (LED) of actual and setpoint value
- indicator light for cooling
- indicator light for alarm
- test button for compressor overheating protection
The control electronics is designed so to prevent switching sparks that may cause an explosion. The working sensor as well as the safety sensor are protected against short-circuits and disconnection. In case of a disturbance, a complete shutdown is effected. The red alarm control light illuminates.
Chemicals do not damage the explosionproof interior!

Our plants using cyclo-pentane as an alternative blowing agent, cover the entire refrigerator production process: from storage tanks to premixing systems, foaming machines, cabinet fixtures and rotary drums; from safety systems with continuous air recirculation to electrical control and alarm panels.
