The Light series pushbutton handsets are distinguished by their low weight (420g including battery) and their small dimensions (185x80x43mm.). Much emphasis has been placed on the operator comfort in high-usage applications - the transmitter's weight distribution, key and clip systems are all ergonomically designed. The system uses light weight Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries, which power the transmitter for up to 12 continuous hours and recharge in 4 hours in an intelligent charger. Each system is supplied complete with 2 batteries and a charger. The system is fail-safe to Category 3 of EN 954-1 for Stop.

| T50-Cheetah GSM1 transmits via the mobile phone network, which means that it has a largely unlimited range. It can be used advantageously for applications where there is a requirement for longer range, e.g. to control heating and lighting, alarms indicating faults, to mention a few. It supports the EGSM 900, DCS 1800 and PCS 1900 mobile networks, i.e. triple band. GSM1 communicates with a mobile phone either via a telephone call or via a coded text message. |
|
The MJ joystick controller allows the operator freedom not possible with pendant cables or fixed control panels. Versions are available with 14 to 20 channels (not including START and STOP). The transmitter may be fitted with 2 or 3 Joysticks plus toggle switches, or toggle switches only. A Data Feedback option is also available.
|
|
PRO-M
The PRO-M is a fully-proportional controller optimized for use on mobile machines. The receiver is extremely compact to fit into the limited space available on vehicles. The wide-range power supply suits either 12V or 24V vehicles, and copes easily with the harsh electrical conditions encountered. The transmitter may be fitted with up to 3 dual-axis joysticks, or 6 single-axis paddles as well as up to 12 discrete commands. The proportional outputs may directly drive either voltage or current-controlled valves, and are programmed from the transmitter using a sophisticated teach-in mechanism that can be disabled to prevent tampering.
PRO-M + KSI
The PRO-M controller may be retrofitted to machines without electro-valves with the use of the KSI control kit. The kit comprises a small self-contained hydraulic system comprising a pump, tank, filter, and proportional actuators. These small actuators connect to the control shafts of the main machine valves, and allow fully-proportional control without the cost and complexity of upgrading the main hydraulic controls.

|
The controls are the units used when you want the LINAK system to perform a movement. They determine whether the control box make the actuator move in or out. There are more variants of LINAK controls such as handsets, Foot Switches, Desk Panels and attendant control panels.
All the handsets are available in both black and grey.

The UM series provides solutions adapted to the diversity of functional requirements involved in applications like industrial handling/lifting (travelling cranes, self-propelled devices), construction (tower cranes, concrete pumps), industrial vehicles (truck-mounted hydraulic cranes), industrial equipment (compactors, drilling machines)
To satisfy these requirements, this new system integrates numerous possibilities in terms of :
- number of joysticks (2, 3, 4, 6)
- type of joysticks (proportional or notches for 1 to 6 speeds)
- type of buttons for auxiliary functions (pushbuttons, selectors with 2 or 3
fixed positions, selectors with 2 or 3 positions + automatic return)
- number and type of outputs (16/24/32 relays, 2/4/6 analogue)
The ergonomic transmitters facilitate the operator's control tasks.
Many safety aspects have also been taken in consideration : system adaptation to all radio-electric configurations of the environment by possibility for the trained operator to change the frequency (69 frequencies in the 433 MHz bandwidth), joysticks and function buttons mechanically protected to prevent unintentional actions, compliance with European directives and regulations (electromagnetic compatibility, low voltage, radio electric machine directive).

MD multi-step joystick system
The MD controller is highly-configurable, and available with either multi-speed or single-speed joysticks. The multi-speed version allows up to 3 joysticks, each with up to 5 speeds on each axis. When partnered with the 18, 24, or 31-command receiver, the MD is a versatile controller for overhead cranes, tower cranes, or many other applications.
MD single-step joystick system
The MD-P is a variant of the MD controller fitted with up to 3 single-speed joysticks. The ideal partner for concrete pumps with ON/OFF control, the MD-P may also be fitted with a dedicated proportional output for controlling the pump speed. The MD-P offers all the convenience and electrical-isolation advantages of remote control together with a superior safety level. |

Ikusi launches its new range of ATEX-approved TM70 remote controls
Ikusi continues to expand its range of TM70 remote controls. At this time it has incorporated two new pushbutton remote controls, type I and II, which have the characteristic of having obtained ATEX approval, which refers to the use of this type of equipment in potentially explosive environments or atmospheres.
Consequently, type I and II pushbuttons of the TM70 range can now be installed in potentially explosive environments, presenting powder or gases. The only limitation of the certification grade in environments with gases refers to Acetylene and Hydrogen.
The ATEX Directive (94/9/CE) entered into effect on 1st July, 2003, and from June 2006 any equipment, either used or new, which does not comply with this standard should be replaced. |
