ML-2150A - ML-2050A - ML-2051A - ML-2052A
Powerful Air-Cooling Feature that eliminates Pipes for All Models.
Real-Time Power Feedback Control YAG Laser Welder
High-efficiency, high-quality welding
A highly efficient power supply has been developed that holds down high frequencies to protect the environment. Since single-phase 200/220/240 VAC ±10% is used, power supply requirements are flexible, even when this device is used overseas.
Optical fiber delivery System
A maximum of three branches are possible including energy sharing and time sharing.
Improved rise speed and energy efficiency
The laser output startup time has been reduced to about 1/20th of that for previous models. Additionally, the pulse width can be set under 5 ms in units of 0.02 msfor short-time welding, which is five times the precision of previous models.
Pulse repetition rate
Welding and processing have a maximum repetition rate of 30 pps.
ML-2052A
A light condensing diameter of 40 m is achieved with the compact, highbrightness laser oscillator. This enables a welding spot diameter of 80 m for stainless steel.

StarShape
The new StarShape series from Rofin/Baasel Lasertech provides a large number of different lasers for micro-material processing. All StarShape series applications have one thing in common: the precise, local, selective ablation of areas of the surface of a component or tool by vaporization or vaporization-induced displacement of the molten mass.
The lasers in the series can be used to structure surfaces, drill through-going or blind holes, or remove selected layers of substrates precisely to the micrometer. The materials that can be processed range from metals through ceramics and diamonds to plastics.
To cover most of ablating micro-material processing, the StarShape series includes both Nd:YAG lasers in cw or Q-switched versions, and CO2 lasers. The available wavelengths thus range from green to within the infra-red end of the spectrum. Interaction times from the few nanoseconds of end-pumped solid state lasers up to the continuous-wave range, offer suitable laser solutions for all of the above-mentioned applications.

The Photon etc. Tunable Source was originally developed for the wavelength calibration of astronomical instruments for the visible and the NIR spectral range. Narrow bandwidth, a large tuning range, and a highly precise and accurate wavelength were successfully achieved with this instrument.
Because of this successful development, Photon etc. is now offering Tunable Sources with different spectral resolutions for wavelength calibration of photometric and radiometric instruments in the visible and the NIR spectral range.
Due to the built-in flexibility of the Tunable Source, the type of source, or the spectral resolution, and thus the optical performance, can be modified to meet our customers' needs. Moreover, the Tunable Source is easily converted into a compact high-performance Monochromator.
The Photon etc. Tunable Source is an ideal instrument for wavelength calibration of both laboratory and field equipment, for which portable, durable, and resistant instruments are required.
