Highthroughput Rheometer HTR

RheolabQC - Rotational rheometer for quality control
The RheolabQC is based on the newest and most innovative technologies. It provides unrivaled performance for quality control combined with very easy operation and robust design.
Operation: Two options
Manual operation - The RheolabQC can be operated manually either via the robust keypad or via an external keyboard. The internal memory has storage capacity for over 100 predefined measuring profiles and over 50,000 measuring points in more than 100 measurement series. The data can be read out by a software program immediately, stored for later readout or sent to a connected printer.
Software - The reliable RheoPlus software from Anton Paar is available for operating the instrument from a computer. The RheolabQC can be connected via the conventional RS232 interface or via a Lan-Ethernet interface directly to the company or laboratory network. There are numerous analysis models and automation routines available, including a special quality control module. Connection to well-known LIM systems and conformity with 21 CFR Part 11 are standard.

The VISCORobo is a fully automatic Viscosity and Melt Flow Rate Test Robot which feeds the test material into the test chamber automatically, performs the test and then cleans the test chamber, test piston and capillary. The VISCORobo can be used to determine viscosity curves, the melt flow rate MFR in g/10min and the melt volume rate MVR in cm³/10min of plastic, granules, "gravel" and powder. The gravel and powder must be free-flowing.

A multi-purpose measuring unit for continuous assessment of the MFR values and the entire flow curve over a shear stress range of 103/sec. The stream flows through three different capillaries successively. The test procedure is all-automatic.

The VISCO-ELASTOGRAPH is used to determine the viscoelastic material behaviour in plastified state during vulcanisation and after vulcanisation of the material sample. For that purpose, the torsional load is imposed on the sample by the rotational oscillation of the lower test die half. Torque and phase angle are recorded as a function of the test die.

- Manual setting of up to 20 steps in the operating program VE-HOST. Thereby the deflection, the frequency and the duration of each step can be set individually

- The possibility of normal force measurement enables the analysis of rubber foams and the effects of therein contained blowing agents.
